Hang out with your family and friends and enjoy a luxury vacation at “Hang 12” on Anna Maria Island! This swell vacation rental home offers all the comforts of home but better, offering a total of five bedrooms and four and a half baths in two unique living spaces. It’s an ideal choice for multi-family groups booking accommodation together, as each can enjoy their own separate space while staying under one roof. The location is optimal for both close by beach access and activity enjoyment, as it’s just a quick 5-minute walk to the bright and gorgeous turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

This inviting duplex offers five bedrooms and four and half baths. The West Unit, Longboard, has three bedrooms with two and a half baths and the East Unit, Shortboard, has two bedrooms and two baths.

Longboard has a beautiful primary bedroom with a King bed, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The second guest bedroom is spacious with outdoor access and a tv and the third bedroom has a bunkbed, ideal for kiddos or those that are young at heart.

In the East Unit, Shortboard, you will find a primary bedroom with a calming-ocean theme, King bed, tv, and closet, and it has easy access to the hallway bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The second guest bedroom has a bright tropical flair and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The sofa in the living area can be converted to a sofa bed for extra accommodation.

Both units have their own living rooms that have comfy seating areas with a tv and their own fully equipped kitchens including utensils, pots, and pans and their own dining rooms.

Each unit is equipped with a washer and dryer.

-Third Bedroom: Twin over twin bunk bed and tv

Shortboard (East Unit)
-Primary Bedroom: King bed
-Second Bedroom: Two twin beds and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower
-Living Room: Queen sofa bed

Enjoy the Florida sunshine in the comfort of Hang 12’s lush backyard that features a dazzling pool with a beautiful water feature and a sundeck area for little ones to play in. Guests can sunbathe and read their favorite book on one of the loungers. Complete the evening with a freshly grilled BBQ meal and share it in the screened-in patio with an outdoor dining area and plush seating area.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Accommodations Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by Anna Maria Island Accommodations. * Weight limit of 50lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.

*Please note: 5 cars maximum are able to park at this home. The garage is not available for guest use. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
