Pack your bags for a beach escape at Summer Daze, a two-bedroom and two-bath duplex surrounded by tropical landscaping with a covered patio and BBQ grill that is perfectly located just five minutes from the pristine Gulf of Mexico beaches!

Walking in, you will instantly feel the island vibe with bright beach décor and warmth from the natural lighting. The kitchen has culinary essentials, stainless steel appliances, and a dining room table. After incredible days exploring the island, kick your feet up and enjoy a movie night with friends and family in the living room. There is an additional sofa available that can be converted into a queen sleeper sofa.

Guests will wake up refreshed and love the plush bedding, coastal décor, and storage space in the primary and second bedrooms. The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the hall bath has a shower and tub combination, and both have plenty of room for storing necessities and getting ready in the morning. A washer and dryer are available for guest use.

Whether you’re here to relax on the sugary sands of the beach, cast a line at the historic AMI city pier, or kayak to calm bay waters, there is something fun for everyone at Summer Daze!

2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
