Welcome to Sand and Sea 111 B! This ground-level condo has two bedrooms and one bathroom and is just two houses from the nearest beach access (you'll be there in seconds!). With the island's famous Pine Ave just two blocks away, you can explore a variety of shops and restaurants and visit the City Pier within minutes. Plus, the Anna Maria Island Trolley is just steps from your doorstep, so you'll never run out of things to do!

The living space is inspired by tropical themes and includes comfortable coastal sofas and side chairs, as well as a TV for your entertainment. The galley kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cookware and a complete set of appliances, and it opens up to the dining room table. Step outside to your private patio and discover a BBQ grill, a bistro table, an outdoor shower, and a washer and dryer for added comfort and ease.

Drift off to sleep listening to the palm trees sway in any of the two bedrooms, each appointed with a television and dresser. There is a vibrant hall bathroom with a shower and tub combination.
