3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

Nice, quiet area, and close to everything. We had fun renting bikes and riding all over the island. Hope to visit again next year.

We love the covered area by the pool with the TV and outdoor furniture. The heated pool was great since it was early November. The only thing that would have been better would be a easy stairway out back going to the pool. Thank you for keeping a great property.

Beautiful house! It was really clean. AC worked Amazing! Beds were comfortable. Pool was awesome and close proximity to an amazing beach! Will definitely be back!

This house was in the perfect location for us- just a short 1/2 block to the beach, and in a quieter part of the island. Pine Ave distance was walkable, but we also got bikes for 2 days. Love the other options for free transportation on the island as well (golf cart shuttles). The house had very spacious bedrooms and master bath. Loved sitting out on the decks with coffee in the morning. Pool area was amazing- just wish we would have had a little warmer weather! Restaurants we went to (that were all amazing) Waterfront (favorite), Sandbar, Ugly Grouper, Rod and Reel, Poppos, North Shore. Would definitely rent again!

Stayed here for a week and the house was great. Wonderful location, very short walk to Bean Point and Rod and Reel. Great pool and lounging area. Everything you need in the kitchen and very comfortable beds. Can't wait to come back.

We stayed for one week. Upon arrival, the house was neat and clean in every which way possible. We enjoyed the comfortable beds (both couples commented on the mattress comfort), the pool and the kitchen was well appointed with all cooking essentials (not the cheap stuff either). This place is literally less than 5 minutes to the quiet part of Bean Point beach and within walking distance to several restaurants. We were pleased to be able to do laundry on site. It is helpful to know that you need to bring your own laundry soap, dishwasher soap, toilet paper, paper towel and garbage bags as only one per each item is in the home. This was no issue for us at all as we were aware of it prior to arrival. If you get up early enough, there are about 6 parrots that like to hang out across the street on the motel and power lines. We enjoyed watching them. Super quiet neighborhood. Not a busy street. The Monkey bus will pick you right up at the house and drop you off for a tip. The trolley is within walking distance and that is tip only as well. We were so pleased, I'm telling everyone I know about this property!
