Welcome to Anna Marie Guest House 212, an inviting vacation rental one and a half blocks from the warm Gulf of Mexico waters and beach. This three-bedroom and two-bathroom getaway is above a small, locally owned business for a cozy community feel in the heart of Anna Maria. Friends and family can sit back in the living area to relax, watch tv, and discuss Anna Maria Island activities. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and a spacious island providing ample room for digging into homemade or the best Anna Maria Island take-out. Additionally, just off the living area is a bistro table ideal for sipping your morning coffee and a grill by the pool perfect for preparing fresh Florida seafood.

After a fun-filled day, relax in the primary suite that includes an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and stand-alone tub. The second Bedroom has a TV and walk-in closet to hang your vacation attire. The third Bedroom is put together to make relaxing after a long day easy. All bedrooms have private access to the deck, perfect for enjoying the island breeze. The second bathroom has a shower and tub combo with a contemporary feel.

There are no pets allowed in this home.

*Please note: 1 car maximum is able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This home is managed by AMI Accommodations, an Anna Maria Island property management company.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

The absolute best! We have rented from AMI Accommodations every year for the last 8 years and they are always top notch! Their properties are very well maintained and are always available if you need them. We won't rent from anyone else on the island. Hurry and book your next vacation!

First time visiting Ana Maria Island. The property was just as expected - nice, clean, and good location. Hosts were very attentive. The whole process from booking to arrival was simple and reliable. I will return to this area for my next vacation.

Perfect for two of us, but would be wonderful for a family or two families. Three-minute walk to the beach. Short walk to at least 5 restaurants, waffle-ice cream-donuts, pier, rental places for bikes-kayaks, historical museum and jail. The condo is beautiful, large, clean, and a great private pool. No noise from taqueria. We will be booking again here.
