Welcome to Aquaville B, a three-bedroom and one bath beach-style cottage, nestled in a quaint, coastal neighborhood that is just a quick stroll from Anna Maria Island Beach and Palmetto Ave Beach! The backyard has lush landscaping that surrounds the pool and outdoor seating to create a private oasis. Aqua Ville B is located on the north end area of Anna Maria Island and is surrounded by lovely boutiques, locally owned restaurants that serve delicious meals, and activities for the whole family!

Fall in love with your new home away from home and after spectacular days at the beach, grab a seat on the sofa and throw on your favorite movie. The fully equipped kitchen has bright appliances and granite countertops that make meal prep a breeze. Serve your favorite meals at the indoor dining table or head outside and dine al fresco.

The primary bedroom has plenty of storage for your vacation attire and the Caribbean feel throughout the bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom will make you feel like you are on the beach with its fun coastal décor and natural sunlight. The third bedroom carries island living indoors and has a closet for storing your beach necessities.

Explore Anna Maria Island by using the free island trolley that has stops all along the 7-mile island or stop by your nearest shop to easily rent a golf cart, bike, and even a scoot coupe! Check out the local cuisine and indulge in fresh seafood, airy doughnuts, and sweet tropical drinks. Let Aquaville B be a part of your dream vacation and for larger groups vacationing together, you may also inquire to rent the other side which is Aquaville A.

*Please note: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
