Around the corner past the exquisite dining room which is meant to be enjoyed entertaining guests, you will discover the beautifully remodeled kitchen combing an all too-rare bounty of cabinet space and two original butler’s pantries with upscale stainless steel appliances plus a gorgeous farmhouse sink. A half bathroom and laundry room are located just off the kitchen.

As you meander upstairs you will find all the bedrooms and remaining bathrooms that are updated to maintain the charm and integrity with fine detail in every corner. The primary bedroom features stunning views of the bay and has an ensuite bathroom. The second room features a queen bed with an ensuite classic bathroom. Bedroom three boasts a twin bed with a twin trundle and the last bedroom features a full sofa sleeper with an entertainment system to enjoy a nightly movie, brightened by lots of natural sunlight in the day. The guest bathroom with dual sinks and a soaking tub and shower combo is located down the hall from the bedrooms.

AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined.
