Welcome to Beach Dream Cottage, a fantastic vacation home with a private pool on a stunning wooden deck, that is just a ten-minute walk to the beautiful white sands of Holmes Beach! This two-level home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms to accommodate up to six beach-loving guests. Welcome friends and family into the inviting living room where they can connect over conversation or a tv show before they amble onto the deck to enjoy the island breeze. Your family chef will enjoy making snacks and meals in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and seating for your guests to enjoy coffee and snacks.

Relax and unwind in the coastal-themed primary bedroom which has ample storage space, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Guests will get a great night’s sleep in the second bedroom, where they can enjoy the coral décor and the sitting window. Singles and younger guests can enjoy the third bedroom’s beach decor and lots of space for games and recreation.

Guests will love splashing and lounging in the tropical backyard! The pool features a swim-up table with a Tiki-style umbrella and a sun shelf for cooling off and relaxing. Enjoy meals on the deck table or relax in an Adirondack or lounge chair. Cook meals on the propane grill and enjoy local fish and ocean breezes. Local businesses offer boat and bike rentals, golf, fishing charters, dolphin and manatee tours, snorkeling and scuba trips, and boutique shopping on famous Pine Avenue. -Primary bedroom, 2nd floor: King bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
-Second Bedroom, 3rd floor: King bed and tv.
-Third Bedroom, 3rd floor: Two twin beds and tv.

There are no pets allowed in this home.

*Please note: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This home is managed by AMI Accommodations, an Anna Maria Island property management company.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
