Very nice property. The pool did not be as warm as it was, but the kids still enjoyed it. There were a few more amenities than listed, which was a nice surprise. Beach is a short, easy walk.

This home was perfect for our group of 8 adults and 3 children 6 and under. Plenty of space, great amenities, very clean, awesome views, and only a couple blocks to the beach. It was also only a block to the Bay which was great for an active 6 year old who loves to fish. The property manager was very attentive and sent someone over quickly when we needed a small maintenance fix.

The house was beautiful and as described. Location was perfect! We could walk beach to bay in under 5 minutes. The house was a 1 minute walk to the bay and a 4 minute walk to the beach. It was plenty big for our 6 kids, us and my parents. We had a great time and loved the back yard and pool. Communication with property management was exceptional. Nothing was ever wrong, always operator error! Thank you, and we look forward to booking again!

Great week in Bradenton Beach… The house was everything we needed and more. Very clean on all 3 levels. Pool was maintained/ Cleaned 4 out of our 7 days…all beds were very comfortable and plenty of room for all 8 of us… We are already planning our vacation next year.

We stayed with several other couples (Gen x) and it was perfect that we each had our own bathrooms. The common areas are big and we were all able to fit around the table to eat and play cards. I would have appreciated a few more comfortable chairs or another couch in the main living room and better pans in the kitchen.

Lovely home and a perfectly beautiful set up for our group of 4 couples! The layout was wonderful as we all enjoyed our time together as well as our privacy. This home is tucked away and I loved that!! So close to the beach and the bay. Walked to go watch the sunrise and walked to the sunset. This kitchen was the perfect size and loved the island in kitchen, perfect to set up a spread for my bunch. No issues at all and will be back.

Fantastic location. Walking to & from the beach was especially easy with the wagon the host provided. I loved being in the pool and star gazing through the beautiful palms. Many restaurants and shops just a few mins away. My whole family loved staying here.

We stayed here for 5 days with our family, including our children, spouses, and grandchildren. The house was perfect for our needs. The location was great, and the neighborhood was quiet. The beach was just a short walk away, across the main road. There was one thing we needed to have fixed during our stay, and it was taken care of immediately. We were surprised and pleased there were gates for two of the stairs. We had two children under the age of 2 and one that was 4. There are a lot of stairs in the house, so just be prepared for that. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots/pans, but no kitchen staples. We were informed of that ahead of time. The pool was very nice. A little smaller than appeared in the listing, however, plenty large for us. In total we were a group of 9. Overall, a beautiful house with a few quirks with door handles, and some of the trim could use some tlc, but we would definately stay here again!

This was a great house! We loved the property and it’s location. Management quick to solve any issues. Only caveat is if you rent golf carts there is only one plug in the garage and it blows the circuit, so rent the gas ones and not electric. Very pleased with this property❤️❤️

Updated and clean property. Location is fantastic! You can walk to the beach in under 5 minutes. Nice pool although we initially had issues with the pool heater, but these were eventually addressed and fixed by management. There is definitely a lack of basic essential items such as napkins, paper towels, toilet paper etc. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Overall we had great experience!

We loved our time there, everything was comfortable and spacious. We loved having 4 king beds (and 2 bunk beds) and 4 bathrooms so everyone had their own space. The kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor dining area with full opening sliding doors was our favorite. The only thing to be aware of if you go during the colder months like we did is that the pool and backyard don't get much sun. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

This property is impeccably maintained and had all of the touches of home. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The short 2 block walk to the beach was amazing and we were close to lots of restaurants as well. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is beautiful, spacious, clean and lots of room. The parking situation is terrible. For a house that sleeps that many people, you need to be able to park more than three cars and even then we had to constantly be shuffling cars. Be aware if you have more than three vehicles in your large group renting this house, you will definitely have a parking issue. There is a ping pong table and other beach items in the garage that make it impossible to get more than one car in the garage and the driveway only allows for two and absolutely no street parking

I rented this home for a much needed change of scenery for my family. It is very clean, updated and spacious with plenty of space to spread out. The home is just a 3 min walk to the beach and the house is equipped with plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and toys. We did not use the pool as much as I expected because the beach was incredibly beautiful and such easy access. We loved The Rod & Reel pier on the north end of Anna Maria, The Donut Experiment and The North Shore for coffee. We missed the Farmer's Market on Tuesday but will hit it next time. This is a great place with a very relaxing feel.

Most beautiful home I have ever stayed in. It was so clean, spacious and minutes to the beach and restaurants. My son got married so I needed a 5 bedroom home to accommodate everyone, so glad I picked this home. My mother is elderly and needed her own space. One of the bedrooms was just perfect for her with a private bathroom, shower, balcony and TV. My son and his wife stayed in another bedroom that was it's own suite with the largest bed I have seen, TV, gorgeous private restroom with an unbelievable tub, private balcony and it's own den area. Beautiful backyard with a great pool. While we visited, a tropical storm hit. I wanted to mention this because the home is constructed so well that while others had concerns in the surrounding are, we had no problems at all. A planter outside was the only damage and someone was out the next morning to clean it up. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

We had such a great time at Island Sol. Plenty of king size rooms for the grown ups and a cute bunk room for the kiddos. We had 8 adults and 7 kids and never felt cramped. Bay views and 2 blocks from the beach. Very clean inside :-). Only negative, in my opinion, was that there was no bathroom one first floor for quick potty break when in the pool. We would definitely stay here again!

My family of 14 had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. It was perfect for a large group. Exactly as presented. The house itself is wonderfully appointed and spacious. The kitchen has every type of Dish, bowl or pan. The beds were extremely comfortable. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. So easily accessible. And in the garage there is an abundance of beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. I cannot recommend this rental property enough. It was perfect in every way!

We had 9 people ranging from age 9 to grandparents and there was more than enough room for everyone. The house was beautiful and we made great memories. The decks were great for relaxing and enjoying the breeze. The pool area was clean and large enough for everyone to hang out. It is close to other neighbors but very private. We did have trouble with the pool heater not working but when we called the management, someone came and fixed it in a very timely manner. The house is a short walk to the beach and there was a wagon that we could use to carry chairs and umbrellas, etc. The area you cross to get to the beach has a curve in the road so you have to be cautious when crossing. Also the property has lots of stairs, not a problem for us but renters should be aware of that. There are 2 bedrooms on the second floor and 3 bedrooms on the 3rd floor.

Wonderful house by the beach. 6 adults and 5 kids stayed for week and we had plenty of room. Kids enjoyed the bunk room, toys, board games, pool and more. The adults loved the space, nice bathrooms and balconies to relax on. The house is a short 5 min walk to the water and sand. All your beach needs are in the garage, chairs, toys, umbrella and even a wagon to pull it with.

We are from Tampa but really love Anna Maria Island. Always feels like we are farther away. The home was really nice and had all the amenities we needed. If you need a vacation property that sleeps 12-14 this was the perfect option. Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of places to sit. This property was only a short walk to the beach and the pool was a nice bonus for those who didn’t want to go to the beach AGAIN! We brought all our beach stuff including towels but the home was stocked with those as well. Thank you for a great week. We will be back!
