Welcome to Coconut Cottage, a stunning vacation rental with a sparkling pool and game room just a quick stroll from the turquoise Gulf waters of Holmes Beach! This rental has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms with fun beach touches throughout.

The coastal living area invites guests to sit back and catch up on their favorite tv shows. You and your guests will love cooking in the fully equipped modern kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Choose from the indoor or outdoor dining table and delight in the island breeze under the covered patio.

The primary bedroom offers the ultimate relaxation spot with access to the veranda, where you'll find plush seating and a beautiful tropical setting with sparkling pool views. The spa-like ensuite bathroom features a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. Guests will sleep soundly to the palms swaying in the breeze in the comfortable second bedroom, which has plenty of storage space. The third bedroom is perfect for kids with a twin and twin trundle bed, a tv, and access to the fantastic veranda. The hallway bathroom has a double vanity creating plenty of space for multiple people to get ready simultaneously, and has a walk-in shower. The loft area has a tv perfect for movie nights and has a sleeper sofa to ensure guests have a great night's rest.

Guests can enjoy playing Corn Hole and Jenga in the Florida sunshine. Unleash your competitive side in the epic indoor ground-level game room complete with a professional grade Ping Pong table, Play Station 4 with a variety of games, and plenty of games and puzzles to play at the high top table for four. Finish off the evening with a peaceful movie night from our great selection of DVDs.

The free Island trolley stop is a minute's walk from your doorstep, allowing you to explore the boutiques and restaurants on Pine Avenue, Rod and Reel Pier at secluded Bean Point, and the many Gulf beaches. Enhance your dream vacation by booking a manatee and dolphin tour, rent bikes, plan a golf trip, enjoy a spa day, rent kayaks and paddle boards, book a fishing charter, or take a sunset sail to make the most of your Anna Maria Island vacation!

This property has an active Ring doorbell and additional video surveillance on the exterior public approach areas and the pool equipment.

We enjoyed staying here. Great location, garage had plenty of chairs, coolers, noodles, which we truly appreciated. Pool was cleaned mid-week, which was great. Games downstairs were awesome especially the day it rained. Overall great home.

We loved the beach and the pool! We recommend Mar Vista Restaurant on the beach under a beautiful tree! Me made great memories with the kids in the ocean and the pool. This home is absolutely lovely! I could have happily stayed here my entire stay. between the games, books, pool, etc. There is no reason to leave. Thank you!

The weather was hot, sunny, cloudy and rained some. We played golf, went to Seagrape area of AMI, played ping pong, visited friends in Bird Key, watched TV, napped- had fun!Some places we recommend are St. Armand's in Sarasota, Seagrape Beach area of Anna Maria Island, Dry Dock on Longboat Key and the restaurant by the Anna Maria Pier. Our special highlight was just being together- wishing our son could join us. We loved this house! It was perfect for us (-a little trouble with the internet at times). Thoroughly enjoyed the game room. Great location, great amenities. Thank you! We hope to come back sometime.

Best weather we've had in 20+ years of visiting the island! We enjoyed the beach, swam in the ocean, spike ball, pickleball, went for a boat ride, golfed, had yummy drinks, saw Pee-Pop & Dawn, but most importantly loved being around FAMILY! Passage Key- the BEST seashells. Cortez Kitchen and Tide Tables for yummy seafood. Two Scoops- our favorite ice cream! The whole week was special to be reunited with family, makes leaving so much more difficult. THANK YOU! To homeowners, cleaning staff, everyone who made this trip possible. This was our first time renting a vacation home, there were no reviews on coconut cottage house in Holmes beach, so we trusted the listing, i can tell you we were not disappointed, the listing was everything it said it was & more, very clean, loved the decor, we felt like we were at home, very happy with our stay.

Had a wonderful trip to AMI! We loved Coconut Cottage, it was everything they described & more!Very, very, clean, and such a quick walk to the beach (easy to go back to house if you need anything). The decor was beautiful and the house layout was great for our teens. The beds were super comfortable, one daughter said it was the best bed she ever slept on. The garage is full of beach chairs, umbrellas, noodles & pool games. We rented some additional chairs and cooler in case, but that was not necessary, it is all in the garage. Kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of plates/glasses/bowls/etc..If there was a downside, might be a little bit of traffic noise from Palm Drive, but that would. not deter us from staying here again.But the location was great because a short golf cart or bike ride to either Pine Street or Bridge Street.We look forward to coming back again!

We were very pleased with the house. It’s even better than the pictures and was more than we expected. It was clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable. It has everything you can imagine needing for a beach vacation. Beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, coolers, floats as well as tons of puzzles, books and games for those rainy Florida days. It’s an easy walk to the beach and a quick drive to everything the area has to offer. We loved the electronic lock and not having to deal with a key pickup/drop off. We definitely recommend this property!

Everything went smoothly and house is exactly as described by VRBO. Easy walk to beach n trolley stop. A couple minor repairs were needed and the manager promptly sent someone over. The house is on a corner lot with a some traffic noise but not enough to hamper our enjoyment. Landscaping is lush and tropical. We’ll cared for property.

Our family of four has a great time at this house! We spent most of our time in the pool area. The pool gets just enough sun if you need some sunshine and has so many shaded areas to keep you out of the sun as well. Easy walk to the beach. House is very well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen was perfect as we cooked most nights. Loved this place and would definitely stay again!

The home is gorgeous. It’s laid out very nicely like very very nicely. The decorations look like it was getting stage for sale. I felt like we were in a 2 1/2 million dollar house. Pool was nice they came and cleaned it before we got there and mid week management company was super responsive, location is greatCatch-22 you’re two blocks from the beach but you’re also adjacent to a little bit of a busy road so Sangeeta mine hearing the electric golf cart zip pes I couldn’t even find anything that I can complain about ACs were great TVs all over the place more than enough patio. Space The downstairs rec room was phenomenal. I’m kind of sick of playing ping-pong because my kids kept pressing me to do it every day books puzzles, additional games, fully loaded garage with all beach materials, starter packets on all necessary stuff, shampoos conditioners dishwashing detergent.Vacation was a pleasure

This house was beautiful! VERY clean! The pool was perfect for our kids and they got a lot of use out of it. Short, doable walk to the beach which was super quiet during the week and evenings. Beautiful sunsets! Comfortable beds. Loved all of the games available to play in the game room. Beach chairs, cooler, beach cart and toys for use in the garage was super convenient. We highly recommend and would Absolutely again! Working the TVs was much more difficult than it needed to be, but not a deal breaker as most of the time is spent outside anyway. Loved it!
