Gulf Breeze Villa B, a one-bedroom, one-bath retreat, is perfect for a romantic escape or a small family vacation. The main bedroom has a tropical vibe, with warm furnishings and a cozy bed adorned with fresh linens. The hall bathroom has a shower and tub combination, and the home’s washer and dryer are in the outside utility closet.

2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

Great property! 1/2 block to the sugar sands of Holmes Beach. Property owner maintains the location very well with up to date amenities. Lots to do, eat, fun on AMI Definitely going back!

This was a great property that had a good location with a very short walk to the beach. The kitchen is remodeled in the last year. The private pool, grill and washer, dryer are real pluses as were the umbrellas and beach chairs. We couldn't use the WIFI but a quick test had someone come out and solve the issue that it was working but teh in room instructions had not been updated- so that was a quick and easy fix and then they called to make sure all was okay. Overall great experience.

It was small, but everything we needed. Easy access to the beach and we spent a lot of time reading and relaxing by the pool. The trolly stops are close by. We rented bikes and loved being in the middle of the island …..we rode to the north end and south end easily and often!

Everything about this property fit our needs. Location is great, the property is comfortable for two people, clean and has all the amenities. Within walking distance to restaurants, bars and more. Will definitely be back.

This property is a hidden gem! It was exactly as advertised and the management company made everything exceptionally easy. I texted with several questions during the week and they responded immediately. Definitely would stay here again!
