An original Anna Maria Island beach cottage that has been newly renovated and sits just six houses from the warm sands and sparkling, calm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This four-bedroom and two-bath getaway is pet-friendly and features a fantastic backyard with a private pool. Pack your bags and get ready to explore the wonders of Anna Maria Island!

As you arrive at this vibrant retreat, you will notice its beautiful Florida architecture and will enter through the screened-in porch, with comfy chairs perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee and watching beachgoers. Inside is a modern open layout with a chic dining room and a lovely seating area with two sofas and a flat-screen television. The kitchen has brand-new appliances, plenty of cabinet space for groceries and stores the essential cookware provided and has a spacious island with stool seating.

A peaceful night's sleep awaits guests in the primary bedroom with a King bed, nightstands to provide ambient lighting, and an ensuite bathroom with a stunning double vanity and walk-in shower. Traveling with multiple families or young kids has never been easier- the second and third bedrooms are connected by a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a gorgeous walk-in shower, and the third bedroom has a foosball table! In the fourth bedroom, there are two twin beds. A washer and dryer are available for guest use.

This cottage is only steps away from the waters and sands of the Gulf of Mexico. There's a trolley stop nearby, so hop and explore the restaurants, boutiques, historic landmarks, and nature trails and discover all the hidden gems Anna Maria has to offer.

*Please note: 4 cars maximum can park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. Anna Maria Island Accommodations Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. Weight limit of 50lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.

Pictures although perfect they still don't do it justice. Squeaky clean, all appliance and cooking utensils were brand new. All towels and linens were solid white, like high end spas. A lot of things to do between the gorgeous beaches and the dining options around.

Our family vacation at this beach house in Florida was an absolute winner! Nestled just a short walk from the beach, this place hit all the right notes for a relaxing family getaway. The house was not only spacious but also spotlessly clean, making us feel like we could unwind and enjoy our time together. We had plenty of rooms and the beds were very comfortable, with the kitchen being a great plus for having what we needed to make our meals as a family. We even baked cookies! The kids had a blast; we all walked the short distance to the beach each morning while the grandparents enjoyed shopping and the gentle ocean breeze. What really set this vacation rental apart was the fantastic pool – a haven for both the little ones and the grown-ups. Evenings were spent grilling by the poolside with views of palm trees and starry skies. With its prime location, cleanliness, and the added bonus of a pool, Gulf Shore Cottage surpassed our expectations. Book it, you’ll enjoy this gem of a place to stay for your island vacation!

I don’t often write great reviews but our recent stay at 9206 Gulf Dr. was so enjoyable! The house is deceiving from the outside but once you step through the front door you are in for a treat. It is a wide open space and everything seems brand new. The kitchen is so nice it made me want to cook on my vacation. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms luxurious. We loved the backyard bar/ pool for a wonderful soak after a day at the beach. The beach is just steps away and almost feels “private”. We had lots of space yet it was cozy for TV watching and relaxing. We can’t wait to go back to Anna Maria Island and will definitely stay at this lovely location, also walkable to everything!

Stunning accommodations on Anna Maria Island, just an amazing beach cottage that has everything you need! Completely redone and up to date with all the brand new amenities. The kitchen is to die for, a destination island that will accommodate a large family or just some drinks, gorgeous!! We will be back again and again. If you’re looking to rent on AMI, this is your home away from home and 1 block from the beach we all look for. There is a pool with a covered tiki bar with a tv, all rooms have tv’s very comfortable beds. This house is well taken care of and spotless. I could go on and about this place, we love it.

Stay for a Cause – Book any new vacation now through 11/22/24 and a portion of the reservation will be donated to the Center of Anna Maria, helping fund recovery and rebuilding across the island!
