This vacation rental is located right above a small locally owned business, this elevated villa has a staircase situated in the back of the building for privacy. Get ready to explore the local life by being right in the center of Anna Maria City.

High Tide Haven is a newly renovated three-bedroom, two-bathroom blissful escape. The open floorplan will make everyone feel together whether they are relaxing on the couch, eating a snack at the table, or prepping their favorite meal. The kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and a coffee maker to give you that extra pep in your step. Take a seat at the kitchen island bar or delight in your meal at the dining room table. If you are looking for a more island feel, open the glass doors out onto your private balcony. The outdoor dining table comfortably seats six guests that will absolutely enjoy the cool island breeze.

The primary suite has a fresh feel with its décor and tropical flare that follows throughout the ensuite bathroom. Open the glass doors out onto your private balcony and bask in the Anna Maria sunshine. The second bedroom has access out onto the balcony and will surely boost your mood with the natural sunlight that comes through the windows. The second bathroom is simple with a touch of coastal design and has a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom is perfect for a family or young kids to share and has a tv for guests to watch their favorite shows.

The private backyard oasis is ready to make your vacation perfect with its bright blue pool, brand-new outdoor furniture, tv, and fun games like connect 4! Have a cookout with the provided grill and indulge in your favorite meals. You will be busy from sunrise at the City Pier to Sunset on the Gulf of Mexico beaches. You can enjoy the locally owned bakeries, seafood restaurants, and even some delicious Anna Maria bbq. Make your vacation a memorable one by staying at High Tide Haven.

*Please note: 1 car maximum is able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

We had the best stay with our two kids! Probably the best vacations we've had! The space is beautiful and spacious, and the outdoor spaces really made it for us. We used every one of them. And the location is prime - right on the main the drag and just a few minutes walk to the beach. No complaints, we loved out stay!

Great place to stay! Residential over retail, on Pine Ave!Two adults and four teenagers had more than enough space and extremely comfortable. New owners are updating nicely. Kitchen has everything. Plenty of towels and linens, including beach towels. Lots of outdoor space with front balcony, rear deck, and pool area below. 5 minute walk to beach, 10 minute walk to pier. Overwhelmingly positive place to stay. Only complaints we had were occasionally hearing music from business downstairs, and only twice did someone park in the designated space for the rental. We'll be back!

This home was absolutely perfect! Short walk to the beach and you have everything on the main strip! The cute shop downstairs was fantastic and the owners were extremely friendly. I would stay here again!
