Welcome to Honey I’m Holmes! Start your island getaway here at our newly refreshed coastal home in a charming neighborhood of Holmes Beach! This gorgeous, modern four bedroom, three bath retreat is a short walk to the glistening sandy beaches of the Gulf! An open layout with chic-boho furnishings, serene hues, a private pool, and state of the art appliances throughout. You’ll love the proximity to local restaurants, boutiques, and how bike friendly the island is. Cruise the bike paths or rent a golf cart to explore the island. Venture over to the North End by the free AMI Trolley, where you have the infamous Pine Ave, that has one of a kind shops and cafes. Dine under the stars right on the beach at The Sandbar or the Beach Bistro with golden sunsets as your backdrop! Island living at its finest!

Nothing feels more tropical than arriving to a home where the streets are dotted with beautiful swaying palm trees. Step inside to the immaculate space that has all the cozy comforts to make your vacation ultra relaxing. The living room features plush sofas and modern chairs where you can kick back and watch a show on the mounted flat screen. The chef’s kitchen is complete with quartz counters, custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a dining table to enjoy a home cooked meal with the family.

The four bedrooms provide pure comfort with luxury bedding and natural wood elements that enhance the calm ambiance. The master suite features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom that has a freestanding soaking tub, glass walled step-in shower with wood flooring, and dual quartz vanities for a spa-like experience. In the other 3 dreamy bedrooms you have king beds in two of the rooms and your last bedroom highlights a twin over full bunk w/ trundle that is popular for the younger crew in tow.

*Please note: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Accommodations Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Accommodations. * Weight limit of 50lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

Rented this house with some extended family and we had a wonderful time! It is a big and spacious house! Loved having all 4 bedrooms on the one floor. It really helped for my parents that have bad knees! Great location just a few blocks away from the beach, really easy access to shopping and dining in Holmes Beach and a short trip up to Pine Ave in the City of Anna Maria! I can't say enough great things about this house or how easy it was to book! These guys were awesome to work with! Can't wait to come back again!
