This was perfect for a girls weekend, there are lots of places to grab a drink, and get nice food, and spend the whole day on the beach. The house was gorgeous, and had everything that we needed.

We had an incredible time at Anna Maria Island. The house was immaculate when we arrived and maintained a fresh scent throughout our week-long stay. It appeared to have undergone a recent remodel, which added to its charm. With five guests—two couples and a 15-year-old—the house was perfectly suited for our group. Just a short walk away was the breathtaking beach. We brought our tent and purchased two extra beach chairs since the house only had three. The island boasts a plethora of fantastic restaurants. Conveniently, the house had plenty of beach towels and an onsite washer and dryer, making it easy to keep our towels fresh. Overall, it was an exceptional experience. I highly recommend it and will definitely return.

Our week stay in Anna Maria was wonderful. The house provided a perfect amount of space with the lower full house and the separate suite above the garage. The house was clean and kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The pool area is beautiful, we used it often. The short walk to the beach was great. Our host was easily accessible via text and responded quickly with any concerns. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a wonderful experience staying at little pink house. The house was clean and a great location only a short walk from the beautiful Bean Point beach. We greatly enjoyed the pool area , the hot tub was perfect for the cool evenings.

We had a wonderful time staying at the little pink house. I went with my husband, 3 children, brother in law, and sister in law. The 2nd king bedroom being over the garage and detached from the main home was perfect. They were able to have their own space and my children didn’t wake them when they were up early. The pool was clean and perfect size for my young children. There were plenty of spots to relax and sit in it. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook. They provided clean bath towels and pool towels. We loved the house and island and would definitely book again.

Wife and I stayed at Little Pink House for our honeymoon, it was perfect for that and we’re already planning to bring the family back! House is just right, easy access in a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. Hot tub and pool were wonderful to have. We used the beach chairs, umbrellas and wagon for quick 5 minute walk to beach heaven! We will be back!

The house was perfect and location to gulf side and bay side was great. The management team was quick to a minor issue and sent someone out within 2 hours and it was fixed. We would definitely stay again. North end of island is perfect for bike riding and there are many beach accesses close by.

We loved our stay. AMI is one of our favorite places to vacation. The location of this home is perfect. Close to great shops and restaurants and just a short walk to the beach! The size of the pool was great for our 4-year-old. My only advice would be to be careful of the corners in the pool. They are quite sharp and can be dangerous. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The home was clean and perfect for our family of 5.

The house was perfect for the two of us. We loved the quiet, residential neighborhood the house is located. The beach access is incredibly convenient and the pool and hot tub were fantastic! It was a fantastic little weekend.

AMI was very responsive. The first night we have heavy rains and wind, AMI texted to make sure we were ok. The pool and hot tub was cleared from minor debris very quickly. We also had a smoke detector alarm start chirping in the middle of the night. It was to high for me to reach, so i texted....and they were out within 15 minutes! The pink house is beautiful and comfortable. Restaurants were close. Loved Social Pizza, ate their 3 times (fantastic salads and veggie pizzas). The local pubs were close and reasonably priced. Will go back soon!

The house was great, close to the beach, had everything you need it and clean. the only thing I would change is the spiral stairs that they're very thight. Its very difficult to go upstairs to the other room, it would be easier if you change the stairs, besides that everything was great in the house.

We had a fantastic stay - me and the hubs needed a complete rest and reset, and that is precisely what we got. Relaxing, so quiet! Lovely home; the pool was the best! Such a quiet little street and close to everything! Everything was absolutely lovely! Our only complaint honestly was dishes that were not clean, and we wished we had known we needed to bring coffee filters. (Coffee is a big deal... LOL). Thanks for the lovely stay.

Stayed here for a weekend get away by myself. It was a short couple blocks walk to the beach. There were beach chairs and wagon provided. Home was in good condition and felt very private and safe. Hot tub was nice, no instructions that I needed to turn it on and give it an hour to warm up, but once that was figured out it was lovely! I’d stay here again with my family when I return to the island!

My husband and I absolutely loved staying at this home. The pool and hot tub were perfect to relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the neighborhood. We walked into town and had the ability to eat, drink, rent bikes and gold carts, and catch the local trolly to explore the island. The home itself had everything we needed to feel at home. We definitely will be coming back!

We had a late flight that got delayed and we didn’t reach the house until 3 am however, check in was easy and we finally got some sleep and were ready to enjoy AMI when we awoke.

We had a wonderful stay at Little Pink Houses. Many of the issues we had with how to work things ironed out in the week. We still are not sure how to turn on the hot tub. But it really wasn’t needed with the warm pool. I’m sure do to Covid, we were not given extra supplies like toilet paper, paper towels or garbage bags. So make sure you purchase some of your own! Things were very comfortable and the beach access was easy! I look forward to visiting again!

Little Pink Houses was a really nice place and located just a few minutes walk to the beach. Hot tub and pool are was a really nice bonus. Beach chairs were there to use which was also a nice feature, however a cart is needed to haul the chairs, coolers, umbrellas, etc you might want to use at the beach. It really was a wonderful place to stay, just a couple negatives to mention, the kitchen was not very well stocked as we needed a casserole type dish for our meals, the door to the pool area has a troublesome handle which was quite aggravating. The handle actually fell off at one point, but the rental company was very quick to respond. We discovered a bag of dirty bed linens in our closet.

We will reach out to the owner about providing a beach cart. In the meantime, a beach cart can be rented from a number of places on the island. The kitchen should be stocked with at least basic cookware and dishes. A quick call to our office and we would have provided any standard item that is missing from the kitchen. We’re happy to dispatch maintenance anytime something at the home needs repair or service. Thanks for staying with us and we hope to see you again soon!

Overall, we were very pleased with the property. It was in a great, quiet location. Very easy walk to the beach, even with a 3yo. Overall, Little Pink houses met our expectations. The pool was awesome, however, given that it was so hot, it wasn't refreshing until late at night! You may be able to drop the temp during the summer months - the sun will heat it just fine. Staff at the rental property were very easy to work with and quick with answers. Getting in and out was easy. We had a little problem with the door alarm to the pool, but maintenance was quick to respond within 20-30 minutes on a Sunday! Other than that, only suggestion and it may be an AMI "code", the spiral staircase to the garage apt. is tight and a little dangerous for little ones, and if you are carrying groceries/bags etc. Also, be careful if you had a few cocktails too! :-) However, having the extra space was well worth it. Loved Little pink houses and would stay again without hesitation. Would love to visit the island when Corona subsides...lots of shops/restaurants were closed, 1/2 capacity, etc. - but it was expected and we just wanted to look at different 4 walls in a different latitude. :-) Thanks to all for a wonderful trip!

It was only a 3 minute walk to the beach, also close to the Rod and Reel Pier for great fishing. We felt like locals in a quiet neighborhood. Keep in mind the free trolley doesn’t go this far north. We used our rental vehicle. Excellent place! We would definitely rent again!

Beautifully renovated home that was only a few minutes walk to the beach and had the most wonderful pool and hot tub. Kids loved it! The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. 7 family members stayed here and there was plenty of space, comfortable beds, bathrooms for each age group and even a heated outdoor shower. We did need more chairs at the kitchen table and additional bath towels would have been nice. The pillows were a bit worn and the bedding had laundering needs. The children’s room in particular could have been cleaned better. Overall though, we had a great week here and the house met our needs and created some wonderful memories! We would stay here again.

Lovely home near the beach with a pool. Nice to have separate bedroom over the garage for additional privacy for guests . Enjoyed the outdoor shower! Property manager very responsive to any issue that arose and rectified it . We Would rent again we really enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely everything is worth 5 stars. Anna Maria Island is beautiful, so peaceful, so nice. Little pink house - clean, well stocked, beautiful pool, great location less than 2minutes walk to the beach, beach cart and plenty of beach toys for your convenience.
