Welcome to Longboard, a fantastic pet-friendly three-bedroom and two-and-a-half-bath vacation home with a shared pool and a screened-in patio. The pristine Gulf beaches are just a quick walk away, and up the street is the nearest free island trolley stop that will take you all over the serene 7-mile island.

As you arrive at your north end of Anna Maria Island beach escape, you will notice the beautiful, lush landscaping surrounding the home. The warm, open living space has a true island feel with bright walls, beach décor, and light floors. Unleash your inner chef while preparing meals in the kitchen that has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and offers island seating for sipping a cup of coffee or indulging in a quick snack. There is a modern dining room table fit for six guests, and after delicious meals or long beach days, guests can gather for a movie night and relax on the cozy sectional.

Wake up refreshed in the primary bedroom’s King bed and open the patio door to let in the island breeze as you prepare for the day. The primary ensuite bathroom has a double vanity, ample cabinet space for essentials, and a shower and tub combination. The second guest bedroom has bright natural lighting, a tv, and outdoor access. The third bedroom is perfect for those young at heart guests and has a twin bunk bed. Guests can use the half bath or the hallway bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Additionally, there is a washer and dryer available for guest use.

Anna Maria Island is an incredible vacation destination with gorgeous beaches, restaurants, shopping, piers, and historical sites that all can be accessed by bike, golf cart, or the free trolley. Longboard’s neighbor Shortboard is also available for rent and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, totaling five bedrooms and four and a half baths, you can rent these homes separately or as one unit – available under the name Hang 12 on our properties search page. Get ready for the ultimate vacation!

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Accommodations Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by Anna Maria Island Accommodations. * Weight limit of 50lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.

*Please note: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. The garage is not available for guest use. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
