You will be amazed by this home’s amenities, which include an incredible two-level rooftop deck with beach views, a putting green, a state-of-the-art outdoor kitchen, and a sparkling pool and hot tub. Every day is a day in paradise at this getaway!

As you enter this three-level home, you will instantly feel the luxurious ambiance as you take the stairs to the main living floor. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, with new appliances, including a gas stove, cookware essentials, and stunning custom cabinets. The elegant living room has an inviting seating area and a TV, a coastal-inspired dining room, and is adjacent to the main-floor balcony, which offers island breezes and brightens the whole living space.

Each bedroom has modern chic décor, crisp linens, and premium mattresses. The primary bedroom is an elegant retreat with a private balcony, extraordinary built-ins, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, a large walk-in shower, and a luxurious soaking tub. The second and third guest bedrooms have spa-inspired furnishings, King beds, storage space, and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. The fourth bedroom is a true delight, with an adorable bunk bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower and bathtub combination. A washer and dryer and half bath are available for your convenience.

In addition to the exquisite rooftop deck, this home has balconies around the house with conversational seating. The backyard has a stunning modern pool area with an in-ground spa, an outdoor kitchen with bar-top seating, and a sleek sunning deck!

The shops and restaurants of Pine Ave are less than a ten-minute walk away, where you can enjoy homemade ice cream and fresh seafood and pick out memorable souvenirs. Explore the island by bike, golf cart, or the free trolley that will navigate the gorgeous 7 miles of Anna Maria Island, including Bean Point and Coquina Beach.

4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
