Welcome to Private Palms, a newly remodeled four bedroom, two bath island home situated in a tranquil neighborhood of Holmes Beach! Just a quick stroll to the sparkling coastline of the Gulf and the proximity to some of the island’s favorite restaurants. Relax in the spacious layout that is brightened by a natural glow of sunlight and cool down in the private wading pool with a fresh beverage in hand. Cruise on a bike to the North End or enjoy the scenic ride on the complimentary AMI Trolley with many stops around the island. Just another day of paradise, on Anna Maria Island!

A gorgeous island home, where the open layout set with neutral tones flows effortlessly from room to room. Relax in our great room as you unwind on the comfy sofa watching a movie from the flat screen. For those at home nights craft a meal in the gourmet kitchen that’s well equipped with the essentials including stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, and counter space to meal prep. Just off from the kitchen you have the sophisticated, oval shaped dining table that can seat six.

Each morning you will awaken refreshed from the four bedrooms and ready to explore the barrier island of Anna Maria! The primary bedroom offers a king bed, bedside tables with ambient lighting. Your second and third bedrooms are simply dreamy with king beds and boho-chic decor and your fourth room is styled with a twin over full bunk bed. There are two bathrooms both with spacious vanities, have soothing step-in showers.

*Please note: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This home is managed by AMI Accommodations, an Anna Maria Island property management company.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Accommodations Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Accommodations. * Weight limit of 50lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

Fantastic location! Middle island. Super close to beach and restaurants and bars. You can walk everywhere. Close to Publix and trolley. Nicely decorated, plenty of beds and nice private pool. Will be back.

Our family stayed at Private Palms from July 1 to July 8, and wish it was longer. The cottage inside and out is beautiful. You can tell the owners take very good care. It is a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. The trolley stop is right across the street . How convenient. The pool outside is so perfect to relax in after a day at the beach. It even has an outside shower!Three bedrooms have beachy king sized beds and are very roomy. The fourth bedroom has bunk beds and so cute. I would highly recommend this cottage for a vacation filled with fun and memories. I wish I could go back now!

What an excellent property for our vacation. It is so close to the beach! We love visiting Anna Maria Island every year, and Private Palms was just what we were looking for, a beautifully updated home and very comfortable for our family. We used the kitchen daily and hung out together in the living room or the property's wading pool after days spent on the beach. The management company quickly answered our calls, and we appreciated how clean the place was when we arrived. Thank you, and we'll be back!
