This ground-level condo has two bedrooms and one bathroom and is mere seconds from the nearest beach access and only two blocks from Pine Ave. You’ll have a plethora of shops and restaurants to explore at your fingertips, plus with the Anna Maria Island Trolley stopping just steps from your door, adventure awaits wherever you choose to roam!

Inside, your tropical bungalow boasts a lovely seating area with a plush sofa, side, chairs, and TV. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a family favorite, including pots, pans, and utensils. Guests can dine indoors or on the private patio bistro table - the patio is also where you'll find an outdoor shower and a washer and dryer.

Imagine the calming sound of the sea as you drift off to sleep in any of the bedrooms of Sand and Sea 113 A. Each room has comfortable linens, a television, and closet space.
