There is a large covered patio by the pool area with outside dining options and plenty of seating in the large great room area. The kitchen is outfitted with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Great location in a quiet neighborhood, just two short blocks to the beach, and a block to the trolley stop.

This was our favorite house by far! The keyless entry was a plus and property manager got back with us quickly when we ran out of propane for the grill! I had also acquired if there was a coffee pot (besides the keurig pictured) or if I should bring my own...they had purchased one before our arrival and had it placed on the counter! Swan towels were a nice touch on each bed! OVERALL AMAZING!

This was a family vacation with our children and their families. What a great time. The house was perfect and the location was great! Walking distance to the beach and the trolley stop. We’ve never been to Anna Maria Island and it didn’t disappoint. The pool was a lifesaver since there was red tide while we were there. The owners were easy to contact and the concierge service made my life easy. Highly recommend this property for a large group. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Loved staying in this house, The back yard with pool was awesome. We needed a new propane tank the first day of our vacation, and they delivered one to us within 90 minutes on Saturday evening. Plenty of beach chairs and toys also.

Our family of 11 had an AWESOME time here! We converged here from 4 different states! New Jersey, New York, Virginia, and Indiana. This house has every amenity one could want!! The owners are very thoughtful people! Of course, we all want to come back next year for another fun-filled week! AMI is a beautiful place to spend a week! We will be back!!

Best idea ever! We decided to come to Anna Maria for our 50th Anniversary and bring all the family for a week. A beautiful area to stay. Such fun at the beach, pool and going to new restaurants. Would love to do it again.
