Welcome to Sand Dollar, a gorgeous vacation home with a sparkling pool and hot tub just a quick stroll from the sugary-white sands of Holmes Beach. This lovely three-bedroom, two-bathroom rental offers a great outdoor space with plenty of seating and a cute tiki bar. It is ideally located near shops, restaurants, and a trolley stop to take you wherever you’d like across the 7-mile island.

As you walk into your new home away from you will be blown away by the vaulted ceilings and bright coastal artwork. Grab a seat on one of the cozy sofas in the living room and enjoy a family movie night. Prepare favorites in the open, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, plentiful granite counter space, and bar-high seating. Memories will surely be made at the dining room table, where you can dig into meals or play a board game.

The perfect nightly retreat awaits in the tropically colored primary bedroom, where rest comes easy in the King bed with crisp linens and a private balcony that offers a peaceful place for morning coffee and evening talks. The spa-like ensuite bathroom features a double vanity, jetted bathtub, and walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms have been designed with vibrant sealife decor that will make guests smile. The hallway bathroom features a broad countertop, cabinet space for vacation necessities, and a shower and tub combination.

The tropical backyard offers privacy and paradise with a pool and hot tub, a covered patio with seating, and multiple outdoor dining options with a BBQ Grill. Head back inside for a friendly game of ping pong, make sweet tea or cocktails, and enjoy conversations on the screened-in patio.

This centrally-located home is a quick walk to restaurants and a half-block from the free island trolley’s stop, making exploration and local adventures easy and convenient. Consider a sunset cruise or a sports fishing charter, nature walks along the preserve, or a snorkel trip to Egmont Key, where local wildlife abounds. Sand Dollar will make vacation dreams come true!

*Please note: 3 cars maximum can park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
