This home comfortably accommodated my family of 17 (14 adults, 3 children) for a week. The home's layout is great for a large group. The living area is spacious and opens to a large balcony overlooking the pool and beach/ocean. The kitchen is well equipped. Each of the 10 bedrooms allow for privacy. The master bedroom suite is fantastic; spacious bedroom, large bathroom, balcony overlooking the beach/ocean. The beach is literally a few steps away from the pool. We were there in late July and early August. Never felt crowded on the beach. The pool is a nice respite if you get 'tired' of the beach. The pool area has ample seating for a large group, with a bar and dining table. The location is great. There are restaurants, grocery and convenience stores less than a mile away. I highly recommend this home!

This is a beautiful home with access right to the beach. We have all of the family here so all 10 bedrooms were used! Spent lots of time in the large pool and hot tub. There are lots of extras for the kiddos too like a small mini put, ping pong, etc. The only bump in the road is now they have an awesome golf cart and bikes that go with the home, we did not have that option when renting and I asked to rent mid week and they did not know how to break down the fee for just that but now that should not be a problem for future renters. The home was clean, yes from other reviews there is an alarm on the doors but with a very determined 3 y/o who wanted to be out at the pool all the time, we were very thankful to have it!! I would go back again to this beautiful home. There is an elevator which we used for my mom who could not do all the steps!!

This home is stunning. There are views from every floor, and the location couldn't be better. The convenience of the private beach access WITH a private pool meant we hardly left the area. We came with a large party of 14 people and had a fantastic time because everyone could do what they wanted. Snorkeling for sand dollars was our crew's favorite activity. Initially, I was concerned about parking, but we quickly realized it was a breeze if we parked our cars at an angle on both sides! The home has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Ping pong, bikes, beach chairs, and so much more. We didn't even use half of it! The kitchen is well-appointed and even set up for you to cook large meals for all of those people! (something often lacking in other large properties we've stayed at). Now, the thing that REALLY sets this property apart from all of the others is the management company. AMI Local is probably the most thorough and attentive management company I've ever encountered. They had quick responses and tons of information, so we always knew what was going on. I can't say enough about them and their team. You CANNOT go wrong with this property.

This was our first time to AMI. It was my husband and I with our three kids (1, 7, and 9) AND both grandmas! We certainly didn’t need all the space but we enjoyed the beauty of the house. The ease and access to the beach was the best. The towels are nice (not always the case for VRBO) and there are a lot of kitchen essentials for plenty of people to use. The pool and hot tub are wonderful and our kids were obsessed with swimming there even when it was chilly outside. We highly recommend!

Perfect location! On the beach with a pool. We had a few rental cars, but the trolly goes right by! Ideal to get places. Also we had groceries ordered, delivered and put away before our arrival. Highly recommend for a large group, 10 bedrooms, everyone gets their own room! Roof top is perfect for the sunrise & sunsets! Which are absolutely spectacular! Thank you for having us!

Beautiful beachfront home! Our family of 3 generations loved our stay. Everything we needed was provided. Plenty of beach towels and beach chairs. The pool and spa area was wonderful for dinner and evening entertainment. The rooftop deck provided spectacular sunsets and sunrise views. Property management was quick to provide services or answers to any questions. You could want for nothing more when staying here.

Our group had a great time! Added benefit that everyone had their own bathroom. The pool and hot tub were very clean. Great location for walking and sitting on the beach. House was clean but refrigerator leaks on floor. When a rain storm came thru patio door and one of the bedroom windows leaked.

We got married on the rooftop of this property and it was absolutely gorgeous. Easy access to beach. Pretty much every room had its own bathroom which was great with covid. Unfortunately the beach was under construction so there was a huge pipe out back but the property itself was great.

Everything was great. The salt air obviously beats a few things up in a house like that but otherwise it was put together well and very clean. There was plenty of umbrellas and chairs to take down to the beach..The pool and hot tub worked well..There is not a ton to do other than go to the beach so I would advise only renting one six passenger golf cart even if you have 10 people in the house. Publix is right down the street easy to get to for your groceries. The only thing lacking in the house was good soap shampoo and conditioner. Otherwise the place is fantastic

Sea wept is a fabulous house - right on the beach. SO many ways to sleep many people. We were a group of 12 adults, and everyone was happy and comfy. Only 2 bedrooms have water views however. The house os on 3 levels, so be prepared for some stairs. The pool is just the right size and they already have all the toys you'll need. The kitchen is great - the stove is amazing. Everything worked, we loved it!

We just returned from a fun week on Anna Maria Island. Sea Swept was the perfect place for us! We had 12 adults and 4 little kids and there was enough space for everybody. It was so nice for everybody to have their own bathrooms and private bedrooms. The two sets of washers and dryers were nice to have. The house was as beautiful as the pictures showed it to be, actually it was even better than the photos! The pool got lots of use and the easy walk to the beach was probably the best part. The kitchen was big enough to handle round the clock eating by this crazy crew! We drove around a bit to explore the island but mostly just hung out at the house and enjoyed seeing all the family get together. Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely home!

We were looking for a beach spot that would accommodate all 22 of us. The kids all like to stay together when we are on our yearly vacation. House was great! Fit all 22 of us and gave plenty of space to relax;) The property managers at AMI Locals were always available and very helpful. Right on the beach, private pool and an elevator for those who need one! Would definitely go back😎

We had a wonderful time during our week long stay. The home was perfect for our large group. It was the best home by far in the area. I didn’t see another home on this strip of beach that had the views that this home has. And it truly is on the water with super easy access to the beach, which was never crowded. We loved how most of the bedrooms had their own bathroom. The home literally had everything we needed for our stay. We used the Beach Bums beach rental place they suggested in their faq to get a couple of beach umbrellas and a kayak and the company had no delivery or pickup fees. We catered bbq from the Smoqehouse, it was delicious and the owner Heidi was super nice and accommodating! We also hired a wonderful photographer named Monique Brigham that took some amazing photos of all 20 of us on the beach at sunset. I can’t say enough about Monique, she was awesome! Our family members keep saying what a perfect vacation this was. We will definitely consider renting this home again in the future!

Our family stayed in this beautiful home on Anna Maria Island for our annual family vacation and it is everything the pictures show. The house is very nicely decorated with all of the amenities you will need. In particular, we liked the fact that they had tons of beach towels and beach toys, along with lovely beach chairs. An added bonus was the pool table, ping pong table and foosball table in the garage which my grandsons thoroughly enjoyed. The pool is a very nice size and the beach is fantastic!! The whirlpool tub did not work well but that was a minor detail. The views of the sunrise and the sunset are unbeatable.

We had an excellent trip with 3 families with kids of all ages and the grandparents. The beach was perfect for everyone and very convenient going back and forth from the beach to the pool / house. We have one child with walking challenges so convenience between the beach and pool is important and the elevator was a great bonus. Tons of room in the house. We never felt cramped and there was always a place for people to gather... ping pong matches, hot tub, living room, roof top deck. We definitely recommend this house.

This house is special ... we spent a lot of time together with family and friends. Everything was clean and warm, the decor is beautiful and the sunsets are second to none. We all enjoy the beach that is just in front as if it belonged to the house. But the best moments were in the pool area where we could do our little grill parties while we checked the kids in the pool, great to relax ... The location is quite fantastic too, restaurants, shops and entertainment places on Bridge Street all really close and we had the opcion of the Mokey Bus, with the we could see a lot of the island without having to drive. Thanks to the management for being so friendly. We'll be back soon ..

The first thing that surprised me was that the house totally matches the photos! When we came in, it was beautiful surprise, the house is beautiful, clean, spacious, with beautiful positive colors, we felt very pleasant here, we enjoyed a beautiful vacation, or we did not want to go home, it was a shame that it ran away so fast :-) With my wife we loved the bedroom with beautiful sunrise and sunset, the whole view was so beautiful that we did not even want to get out of bed :-D Our children have loved the house, there is a beautiful swimming pool and children can play different games. Another positive thing was that the house is right on the beach so we did not have to travel anywhere. The top-floor terraces are something that can not be forgotten.! We are very excited to overcome our expectations and we certainly have not been here last!
