Welcome to Totally Beachin’, a timeless paradise with three bedrooms and three bathrooms just seconds from the Anna Maria Sound and a quick walk from the sparkling Gulf beach! This getaway has many features perfect for entertaining friends and family, including a private pool, a putting green, and plenty of seating areas to sit back and relax! This home is part of our Exclusive AMI Collection of homes. These luxury properties provide the ultimate vacation experience for guests and include exclusive amenities such as four luxury beach bikes, upgraded bed and bath linens, and a fabulous welcome packet.

As you walk in, you’ll be welcomed into a nautical-themed living space with vibrant blue sofas and a flat-panel television. The kitchen has culinary essentials for preparing a gourmet meal, premium stainless-steel appliances, and a kitchen island with breakfast bar stools overlooking the dining room table that can seat six guests. Open the sliding glass doors to the array of Adirondack chairs that overlook the tropically landscaped backyard.

The nautical theme follows into the Primary Bedroom with a beautiful canopy bedroom, a large TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower with contemporary tile. The two King guest bedrooms have luxury bedding and TVs, and one has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The hallway bathroom has a luxurious spa-like shower and tub combination, great for refreshing after fun days exploring the island.

This backyard has everything for a great vacation and get together: a lovely pool, an in-ground spa, and a fantastic putting green. Under the covered patio are lounge chairs, a complete outdoor dining table, and a BBQ grill!

With bird watching at preserves, manatee spotting in the canals that flow between the neighborhoods, kayaking the Palma Sola Bay, or just walking the coastline to find the perfect seashell. You will find your days surrounded by abundant natural habitats. Make the most of your island stay by renting a bike and riding the free AMI Trolley to the North End, where you can shop along Pine Ave, grab a gourmet doughnut, or hop on a sunset cruise to watch the dolphins play. 3 cars maximum can park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals. * Weight limit of 50lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
