Triple Play is a 4 1/2 minute walk to the beach on the cherished North End of Anna Maria, no more than a ten minute walk to the Rod and Reel Pier, and a beautiful 18 minute beach walk to the Sandbar Restaurant. Picture a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home of casual, upscale elegance. Sliding doors that disappear completely lead out onto a fantastic lanai and beautiful heated pool and spa. Listen to the gentle sounds of the pool's waterfall surrounded by tropical landscaping with outside dining and lounging.

Each bedroom, has its own new flat screen HDTV to enjoy during that time off inside. Better yet, enjoy movie time on the large flat screen in the living area. The house has wi-fi, cable television, washer and dryer, and all the conveniences of home. Pull a wagon to the beach or watch the dolphins playfully swim or see the boats sail by. Hop on your bikes for lunch at Ginny's and Jane E's. Kids want to try fishing? Just walk out to the back yard and cast off the dock.

For an additional adventure, walk over to Rod & Reel Pier - don't forget to try their great island grouper sandwich! Catch a bite of dinner at the Sandbar, the Beach Bistro, the Waterfront, or any one of the fine restaurants on the north end. End your day with a return to the beach to catch the beautiful sunsets that take your breath away. *Please note: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This rental was perfect for 4 adults & a 2 year old child. The home is within a short walk to the beach, to playgrounds, & Pine Avenue with all the shops & restaurants. We did rent a crib & toys from a local place. The property was extremely clean & comfortable. We loved being on the quieter end of AMI & will definitely want to rent this home again in the future.

We had an amazing time! The house is clean and updated. The pool/hot tub was everything the pictures show. We rented bikes for the week from Beach Bums and we’re able to bike to restaurants/shopping, etc. We would stay again! Great spot!

My kids and I loved our stay at Triple Play. We even saw a pair of manatees in the canal outback. The kitchen is adequately stocked.

With my husband being a past excellent baseball player and lover of the sport, we should have known we would love a home named Triple Play!!! This beautifully designed one story home is perfect inside and out! The main living area with vaulted ceilings and an open kitchen, living room and dining space is spacious and inviting with comfortable attractive furniture Carefully separated are three ensuite bedrooms. Our king bed was so comfortable with great pillows Everything you need to prepare meals at home is available, new and well functioning in the modern kitchen. Likely the best collection of knives we encountered in a rental home. But I am saving the best for last! Once you step outside the sliding glass doors you are transported to a lush tropical garden and huge patio with a gorgeous stone pool with an attached stone spa. The variety of plants is astounding!!! All around the patio are little "outdoor rooms" with lounge seating and chairs. Also there is a nice table with an umbrella and sitting for four. My husband enjoyed cooking on the clean gas grill. Walking down a little path is a private dock on a large open canal looking across at other homes. Folks can bring their boats or paddle kayaks here. This was my favorite spot each morning sitting on the dock chair having coffee and watching the Osprey, herons, cormorants and jumping mullets!! It is an easy 10 minute walk through the pleasant neighborhood to the gulf Beach access path. The owners provide a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella and boogey boards. We found our stay here totally restorative. Thank you for sharing this truly lovely home!
