The pictures don't even do it justice! It is so adorable inside! They had everything we needed and some more. It was nice and close to the beach. Just really adored the place.

Loved this place, slightly pricey but the place speaks for itself. The pool was wonderful. Had an issue with leaving personal things behind in the dresser after we checked out and the company was super helpful located our things and coordinated with us to ship it directly to us. Only con I would say is the Alarm for the pool was an inconvenience, had to press a button every single time you would enter or exit from the pool/backyard. The wire was actually cut from constant closing of the back door, but again the company was quick and responsive to sent a technician over to replace it. This is an island rule so it’s not the properties fault that they have to have an alarm leading to the pool but frightened the kids a few times that we would forget to press button. Overall, really enjoyed this place and location, but with small kids (ages 3 & 5), walking to the beach or the pier was not ideal, recommend getting a golf cart.

This place was so sweet! Stayed here with my 1.5 year old and husband for a few nights. Easy to walk to the beach and convenient to have the pool in the back as well! Quiet area and we could walk to the rod reel pier where we saw a whole school of sting rays, dolphins and manatees! Definitely going to stay here in the future and going to start making it a family tradition. 😊

Had a wonderful time with my husband here! Close to the beach, makes for a wonderful post-breakfast walk. The signage to get to the beach is a bit hidden but we found our way! Would recommend for anyone looking for a quaint, comfortable vacation spot near the beach!

Turtle Crawl was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. We loved the location. We were close to the beach and to Pine Street shops and restaurants. The pool offered a great alternative to the beach during cool weather. AMI Accommodations was great about communicating with me during our stay! I’d definitely return to this property!

We had a great time! The place is located close to the beach and had an amazing pool. The house itself was spacious, new/renovated and everything was clean and organized. We would definitely stay there again!
There is some room for improvement: The mattress in the master suite was not good and not comfortable; The beach wagon was quite hard to use on the beach; the house did not come with basic condiments, such as salt, pepper, etc (I realize this is not mandatory but if the guest is coming from far away and not driving from their home, buying a whole pound of salt for a 4 day trip is wasteful, so I would suggest keeping basic condiments available).
Also, the AMI locals was super communicative by email, and even called me and left a voice mail, they do not respond texts through the airbnb message chat which I think the guest should be aware of since I was sending messages without response.
But, like I said, amazing experience overall, amazing place!

I would stay here again! very cute, comfortable, clean… exactly what you need for a fun and relaxing stay. I do recommend bringing your own spices for cooking in the beautiful kitchen as there is none there, including salt and pepper, but otherwise everything you need to cook is available! it states “private pool” but please be aware you are attached to the neighbors home who also use the same pool. While our neighbors were fantastic, we were a bit disappointed when realizing we had to share the pool as it’s not that big to share with two groups. Otherwise - absolutely perfect!

Lovely stay in a very clean house - we would definitely stay here again. The bed in the master was quite soft - not a bad thing, but it might take a while to adjust if you’re used to a firmer mattress. Water in the master bath also takes a few minutes to heat up (again, not a bad thing, just something to be aware of). In-unit washer and dryer were both functional and convenient.

Our stay here was incredible. The pool was clean and well taken care of, the house was clean when we arrived and all the amenities and accommodations were in excellent condition. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to all others.

We had a wonderful time in Anna Maria Island. The duplex was super clean, bright, well decorated and had everything we needed. The backyard and pool were very nice. We enjoyed cooling down after a long day on the beach. The walk to the beach was not terribly far at all. The beach access path was nice and shady and the path to the water was partially hard packed, so when we used the wagon it wasn't a struggle through the sand the whole way. Literally the only issue we had was the mattress in the primary bedroom was not comfortable for us. After the first night we bought a mattress topper. Problem solved. We loved having beach towels available, an umbrella, plenty of boogie boards, and a wagon to pull everything in. We brought our own chairs but there were a couple there. Restaurants and shops were close by. Could walk or bike if you wanted to. There was also a beach access with bike racks if you'd prefer to bike to the beach. We will definitely be back!

The easy block and a half walk to the sandy beach at Bean Point was convenient. The pool was great and the living area was very comfortable. Would stay here again.

As described. Both beds had issues during our stay. Slats and leg broke on kids bed, and the last night we were there, a leg gave way under the master bed. Mind you, nothing but sleeping in the beds. Also, beds haven't been swept under in a while. Other than that, the property was as described and fairly comfortable. Will likely book again.

The property was great. Pictures were spot on. Communication and suggestions from manager were good. The pool was perfect for a late afternoon cool down from a day at the beaches. Super location for AMI. Suggestion- provide a few additional garbage bags, more than one dishwasher pod and perhaps an extra roll of TP. GREAT TRIP. looking forward to returning to AMI in the future.

Combing through page after page of potential vacation properties can be daunting & exhausting. I can honestly tell you that my choice of Turtle Crawl could not have been better. The property was extremely clean and although it was renovated 10 years ago, it looks like it was done last year. The tile work in the roomy bathrooms was beautifully done. The kitchen, with its stainless steel appliances was great and had just about everything you'd need to cook whatever you need to. The heated in ground pool and outdoor showers were great for cooling off after a day at the beach. There's a great gas bbq for all of your grilling needs. As far as the beach goes, I really don't think you could find a better location. The actual walk to the beach is actually about 3 blocks before you can plop down your chairs. Since there is literally no parking in the area, the beach was virtually EMPTY every day. The sand was powder soft white sand and the water was PERFECT. Beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels were provided. I would highly recommend the mangrove kayak tour (thru Surf it), a trip to historic Bridge Street (try the Blue Marlin restaurant) and the Anna Maria Pier (for happy hour beers, a snack & live music) get there an hour or so before sunset. The Rod & Reel pier has a great little full service friendly restaurant, we had a great (inexpensive) breakfast there. If you're looking for a quiet getaway or a week full of nighly live music in incredibly beautiful surroundings, Anna Maria Island cannot be beat. ENJOY!

We loved the house, and pool, and the location to the beach. There was plenty of storage/ closet space. Beautiful kitchen with a laundry room so I didn't even mind doing wash on vacation. Would definitely return there in the future.

We loved our time at this duplex. It was very clean with nice furnishings and décor. The kitchen was well-equipped with new cabinets, counters, appliances, etc. The skylight made the living area bright and open. The pool is right outside the backdoor and there are plenty of pool floats and beach toys to take down to the beach. There are even beach towels and an assortment of useful items in the laundry room closet. Our only complaint is that the king bed in the master bedroom is very noisy with each little movement. The mattress is also kind of soft. I think the other bed was better so if we stayed here again, we'd just sleep in the other room. It was only a few more dollars per night than the previous place we stayed which was very close by, but a much nicer property. It is an easy walk or bike ride to the beach. The unit is just as pictured. I just wish the master bedroom bed was a better quality and quiet.

The home is a lot bigger than I expected. Very spacious for 4 adults. Newly remodeled and done well. Pool is great. Very short walk to the beautiful beach. Quiet neighborhood. Just be aware there are no spices, not even salt or pepper. Very clean home and there was an easy check in. It was a perfect place for us, and we had a fantastic stay.

This was our fourth year staying at Anna Maria and our fourth different rental. We loved this cozy condo and it was perfect for our family of 4. The pool was awesome, with a waterfall and was very clean. It had all the amenities that we needed. I also loved the decor - simple and clean. We would definitely stay here again. We booked through Anna Maria Island Accommodations and definitely plan to use them again. They were by far THE BEST rental company we have used during our visits to Anna Maria. Their staff is very friendly and welcoming and most importantly, very responsive to questions/concerns/needs. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent in Anna Maria!

Home was in excellent shape, very clean with high-end amenities which is always appreciated by renters! Warm pool water, even in January. We found the convenient sneak-through beach access from Jacaranda about 10 houses to the north. Kind of a long walk to Pine Street, but we rented bikes. Everything was great!

Rented this house for a week with some friends. Had a great time! The condo is cute and has great beach decorations throughout. The furniture is newer and comfortable. The bed mattresses are great and comfy. So so thankful to have the pool out back! Its worth paying a little more to be able to swim right out the back door. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were also plenty of towels. Having the washer and dryer was great to be able to do some laundry part way through our stay. We hope to return again next year. AMI is a great place to relax and this condo is only a short walk to the beach. There were not a lot of people around when we were there so it was like having part of the island/beach to yourself.
