Welcome to Villa #1 Sailfish, an adorable two-bedroom and two-bath poolside villa. Island West Resort is a beautiful resort with unique villas located two minutes from the Gulf of Mexico with a shared pool and BBQ grills. It boasts comfy outdoor couches and lounge chairs surrounded by tropical landscaping.

As you walk in, you’ll be welcomed into a lovely living space with a plush sofa that can also convert into a sleeper sofa, a flatscreen TV, and sliding glass doors that open to the large, shared pool deck bringing in warm bright natural light. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is equipped with cooking essentials, including pots, pans, and utensils and there is a chic kitchen table that seats four.

The primary bedroom has vibrant beach décor that is sure to put a smile on your face and this room features an ensuite bathroom with an updated walk-in shower and a double vanity. The guest bedroom has crisp linens, storage space, and a TV. A shower and tub combination is in the second bathroom and there is a washer and dryer in the hallway available for guest use.

Sailfish #1 was perfection for our family. My siblings rented other units and our time by the pool was our favorite part of the trip. Rent the golf cart, go to Skinny's, AMI Beach Cafe, and watch the sunset on the beach but be sure to plan for time at the villas.

Very clean and excellent location. Short walk to the beach. Would absolutely stay again.
