Newly renovated and tastefully furnished island house, located on the canal with private dock only 1.5 blocks to the beach! The property is located at the exclusive north end of Anna Maria Island.

The house was renovated and furnished at the end of 2018. It combines the traditional old island charm of Anna Maria with modern amenities. Highlights of the spacious and beautifully landscaped garden are a generously sized heated pool including a warm-water outdoor shower, full size patio set with barbecue grill and deck chairs. For adventurous guests, rent or launch your own paddle board, kayak, jet ski or boat from your own private dock. Or, just sit back, relax and enjoy the view!

Inside the house you will find two living rooms decorated with tastefully selected furniture offering ample seating for you and your family. The house offers three bedrooms, two with comfortable king-sized mattresses and the third with two twin-sized beds. There is also a custom-made compact chef's kitchen, complete with high-end kitchen equipment and utensils. Other amenities include high-speed internet, telephone landline, and three TVs. Access 200+ cable channels or Roku TV streaming in the living room and master bedroom. Roku TV streaming is also available in the second king bedroom. A private washing machine and a dryer complete the household equipment.

You'll find plenty of outdoor parking space for up to three vehicles. The house is within walking distance to Pine Avenue which offers an assortment of shops, boutiques, restaurants and friendly boat or bicycle rentals.
You can easily tour around the Island on foot, by bicycle or use the free Island trolley which runs daily from 8:00AM to 10:00PM.

The cities of Bradenton, Sarasota, Tampa and St. Petersburg offer numerous places of interest and a large variety of leisure activities are in the neighborhood of Anna Maria Island.

*Please note: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

We love Wade N Sea! The house is super comfortable. The hightlight of our stay was the backyard and heated pool! We spent hours enjoying the sun and the pool. The house is located very close to a beautiful beach - we biked and walked to the beach and to north Anna Maria's shops and restaurants. We would definitely come back

We just returned from a two week stay at this beautiful property over the holidays. We have rented various properties on the island for the past 4 years and always go through AMI Accommodations. We loved AMI from our first visit. This home was very comfortable and the pool was wonderful! Pine Street with all the shops and restaurants is a short walk away. We had to drive to the beach on the Gulf side as it's a bit far having to go around the canal to get to. We always loaded up with beach bags, chairs and coolers but if we didn't take so much the walk isn't bad. Our 5th day in the washer stopped working. I like to wash the beach towels every night so they're clean for the next day. AMI Accommodations were amazing in their response. The repairman came the following day and it was fixed. Very much appreciated! The kitchen was very nicely equipped. We had everything we needed. My only suggestions would be to update the cookie sheet pans, they were very well used and the master bathroom showerhead was tough with not great pressure. We all actually used the outside shower, that was amazing!! It had a Moen rainshower head and the water pressure was fabulous out there. This gal with long hair values a good showerhead! :) All in all we would definitely stay at this adorable home again! Thanks AMI for another incredible family vacation!

This house was amazing! Very clean upon arrival, updated interior and outdoor pool! I made these reservations last minute and we had never been to AMI. This house had all of the amenities to make our vacation perfect. Towels, beach chairs, sand toys, beach tent, etc We had an amazing time during our first trip AMI. We will definitely be back! Thank you.
