This pet-friendly home has a tropically landscaped fenced-in backyard with a sparkling pool, Adirondack chairs, and a BBQ grill, perfect for making memories with friends and family that will last a lifetime.

Walking in, you are welcomed into a festive living area with a sofa, two chairs, and a flat-screen TV. Down the hall is the updated kitchen, where you will find stainless steel appliances, cooking essentials, and a chic dining room table that looks out to the pool area.

The primary bedroom is sure to make guests smile with bright décor, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower with fish scale-like tile. The second bedroom has crisp linens and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and across the hall is the third bedroom, perfect for younger guests and shares the hall bath featuring a shower and tub combination.

The sandy trail is lined with lush foliage and feels like your secret escape that opens to the white sandy beach, where you can often spot the dolphins jumping in the mornings. Rent a bike to explore the island’s hidden gems and watering holes. Spend a leisurely afternoon shopping on Pine Avenue or Bridge Street. There is so much to see and do when you vacation on Anna Maria Island, so start planning today!

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined.
