This one-of-a-kind home is tucked away in the perfect location. You can reach main Island attractions in a short walk, like Manatee Beach, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Hop on the free Island Trolley to explore Pine Avenue to the north or Bridge Street to the south. Numerous areas of interest are a quick car ride away; easily spend the day exploring Siesta Key, St. Armands Circle, Lido Beach, Downtown Sarasota and many more local attractions.

Back at the home, experience one of the largest, most admired pools on the island. Surrounded by 100+ lavish, native and topical plant species you'll have the utmost privacy. Featuring night lighting, a babbling brook and waterfall, the heated pool is one of a kind. A long beach entry area with fountains is perfect for young ones and seniors. Fix yourselves some refreshing drinks at the outdoor kitchenette and keep them close at the swim-up tiki bar next to the waterfall. For the sun-seekers in your group there are plenty of loungers and chairs to settle in and soak in the warmth. Nestled behind a screen of palms, ease into the secluded jacuzzi to shut out the world and soak your worries away.

The outdoor bar and kitchenette is well-appointed with high-end products from Bull and includes a sink, mini-refrigerator, plenty of counterspace and built-in grill. Prepare your meals with ease and serve your entire party at the dining tables provided on the pool patio, sheltered under the second-floor balcony.

Enjoy the refreshing Florida breeze from any one of the five outdoor terraces. The covered balcony off the living room is spacious and private, screened by the same 40' high lush landscaping that surrounds the pool. Each of the other four balconies are directly accessed from bedrooms and are the perfect place to enjoy some peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the shared areas of the house.

Finally, take in spectacular 360-degree views from the rooftop deck. Outfitted with Adirondack chairs and ottomans for comfort, it's the perfect place to get a clear view of the Gulf, intercoastal waterway, Skyway Bridge and, of course, the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets; a photographer's ideal place for taking memorable photos. Providing plenty of outdoor areas with both sunshine and shade at all times during the day, this is a resort paradise you will not want to leave!

When you need to escape the sun and heat, or the rain, there are also many indoor activities to keep the fun going. Play ping pong, foosball or start up the cocktail game console center with more than 1100 games to thrill and entertain all age groups! For those poker players in your group, there is also a 10-seat poker table, complete with cup holders, padded railing and printed layout.

Cable channels are available on the 60-inch flat-screen TV in the living room, or use the control box to log in to your favorite streaming service and queue up a movie. Flat-screen TVs with Rokus are also mounted in each bedroom, on the pool patio and in the game room, and DVD players are available in the living room, the first-floor master and the second-floor master.

The indoor living areas are spacious and comfortable. An elevator makes settling in a breeze and is perfect for anyone that needs to avoid the stairs. Plush sofas and chairs in the living room provide ample seating around the 60-inch TV. The dining table comfortably seats eight, with an additional four stools available at the kitchen bar-top. The kitchen is sure to impress, with state-of-the-art stainless-steel appliances, including a glass cook-top, oven, French-door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher and microwave. A common area half-bath and laundry room is available on the main living floor, and a full-bath with tub is available on the third floor.

On the main living floor, you'll find two bedrooms with an adjoining Jack and Jill bath. One has full bunk beds, the other a king bed with private balcony access. On the third floor, you'll find the remaining four bedrooms. A king bedroom/study and queen bedroom share the rear, third-floor balcony. The next bedroom sports a twin day bed with a pull-out twin trundle and has its own step-out balcony. And last, but not least, the king master boasts a walk-in closet, an ensuite bath with double sinks and spacious open-air shower, and a private balcony complete with sitting area. All bedrooms are professionally decorated with plush, resort-style bedding.

This home has ALL the best features that you need for a vacation rental. The location is spectacular, you are so close to the Gulf beaches and Publix is right across the street! All in walking distanceThe pool is the main attraction though. Its big and has great landscaping for privacy. My family of 10 loved it and we had fun playing games and grilling out dinner almost every nightThe rental staff was also very polite and helpfulHighly recommend the Flip Flop company!

This house has EVERYTHING you will need to have a wonderful vacation! This location is within easy walking distance to the glorious beach and the pool is out of this world! The house is comfortable (beds are great) and has lots of area to be together or spend some time alone. There are also lots of beach towels, chairs, toys and even a beach wagon! The balcony that overlooks the pool area is divine in the evening and the pool area is the best we've encountered. Lots of seating, an outdoor "kitchen" with grill, sink and refrigerator and a wonderful hot tub makes for a great night "at home". However, the island has tons and tons of stuff to do, too!
