Welcome to Living The Dream, a fantastic canal-front home with a dock with boat cleats that can accommodate a craft up to 25ft and a pool less than a mile from Bean Point beach. This rental has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The open living area allows guests to relax, discuss Anna Maria Island activities, watch tv and relax. The fully equipped kitchen is sure to put a smile on your face, has island seating, and opens into the dining area. Grab a seat at the outdoor kitchen bar and enjoy the island breeze or prepare family favorites and fresh seafood.

The primary boosts relaxation with a tv and has a private balcony overlooking the canal and a table perfect for delighting in morning coffee or evening drinks. The primary ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and a luxurious walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms have lovely beach touches, a tv for late-night entertainment, and share the hallway bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The third bedroom is ideal for younger or single travelers and has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and ironing board to keep the vacation attire fresh.

The backyard has something for everyone. A breathtaking canal where you can launch kayaks and paddleboards or even your boat! After all the memories made at the gorgeous beaches, soothe your muscles in the pool or nap in the hammock. Meanwhile, other guests can catch up on their favorite shows at one of the many seating areas and relax in the lanai. -Primary Bedroom, 2nd floor: Bedroom 1: King bed, tv, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
-Second Bedroom, 1st floor: King bed, tv, and shared hallway bathroom with shower and tub combination.
-Third Bedroom, 1st floor: Extra-Long Twins, tv, and shared hallway bathroom with shower and tub combination.
-Fourth Bedroom, 1st floor: Two twin beds, tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

**Please note that the garage is not available for guest use. Pool floats, toys, chairs, and fishing equipment are located in the outside area next to the garage**

There are no pets allowed in this home.

This property has an active Ring doorbell and additional video surveillance on the exterior public approach areas.

*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This home is managed by AMI Accommodations, an Anna Maria Island property management company.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

Gorgeous house. CLEAN. IMMACULATE. Fantastic view from the pool, dock and bedroom deck. Great outdoor bar with big screen tv. Great pool. Everything worked from tv’s, to a/c, to grill, appliances etc. Minutes to many great beaches. Highly recommend this house.

This property is in the perfect location for us! The fixed dock was the easiest fixed dock we have ever pulled into. The canal has easy access to the Gulf and the pool is wonderful for relaxing and cooling off. The outdoor kitchen area is shaded and comfortable. The inside is very spacious and there is plenty of room for our families. We can't wait to come back again next summer!

This home was clean, spacious, with a great outdoor kitchen & located on the boat canal. Location was great for walking, biking & kayaking. Just a few minutes from the City pier, it was a fantastic vacation.

The house was even better in person. It was very clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pool and fishing in the lagoon. The short walk across the street to the beach was super convenient. My family and I had such an amazing time that none of us wanted to leave. If we were to ever visit Ann Maria Island again this is the house we would rent. Thank you so much for making our stay a memorable one.

This house was wonderful! Prior to booking this house, I spent many hours searching for the "perfect house" for our family vacation. All my research paid off because this house was truly a dream for our family- 2 adults and 3 small children and a baby. It was very clean. The location was excellent. We were just a quick 30 second walk across the street from the bay, which was perfect for catching the sunrise, dolphins jumping and finding some awesome shells. We were only a <5 minute drive from the gulf-side beach. There was ample parking on side streets, and the beach was GORGEOUS. The sand was white and soft and the water was crystal clear. We were also only a 5 min drive from Bean Point which was great for sunsets. There were many great local restaurants within 10-15 minute drive. The pier and ice cream shop were within walking distance. The pool was huge and perfect for my kids, who spent most of their time in there. The house had rafts, beach chairs, beach toys. We enjoyed sitting outside at the bar watching some sports and having a cookout. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed. The rental binder was also very helpful. I couldn't be more satisfied with this home. Thank you for making our first stay in Anna Maria island so wonderful!
