The pristine Palm Gables condos are centrally located in the heart of Holmes Beach and is one of the most sought-after complexes on the lovely Anna Maria Island. It's in a popular, yet quiet area, of the Island and is in close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Palm Gables is a very private 7-unit complex, only steps to the warm sand and emerald, green water that Anna Maria is best known for. The well-maintained compound features secured and dedicated undercover parking for one vehicle beneath the unit, and one vehicle beside the unit along with an elevator. Common area parking is also available at the rear of the building (along 4th Avenue) and street parking along 36th Street may also be available. This spacious corner unit offers dramatic panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Witness spectacular sunsets every evening from your own private patio as the day slips into night with the sun slowly dancing its way into the gorgeous green gulf. Situated between the building and the expansive beach is the heated pool nestled amongst the local flora.

Unit 110 is decorated in bold and vibrant colors to further accentuate the tropical island vibe. The open concept floor plan allows for families or couples to enjoy each other's company while creating lasting memories of time well spent relaxing away the day. The unit is outfitted with 4 TV's (living room and one in each bedroom), has a private washer and dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen. The hotel quality, professionally laundered, linen service provides a nice stock of all linens and towels. Palm Gables #110 will sleep six with a king size bed, a queen size bed, and two twin beds. This is Island living at its finest! Sleeps up to 6.

This property exceeded our expectations! This is a wonderful, private, secure beachfront location that was well maintained and quiet. We loved not having to drive to another location to check in thanks to the key pad on the door. The unit felt inviting, was clean with all appliances functioning properly with clear instructions left by the owners. The owners thoughtfully stocked the condo with plenty of towels, toilet paper, dish soap, tissues, etc and the beach chairs and umbrellas were an added bonus. We will definitely consider renting this property again in the future!

After spending the better part of the month of January in this beautiful oceanfront condo, it's easy to sing it's praises! So many local restaurants to choose from! Our favorite was THE BEACH HOUSE, where we were seated right on the beach. To be honest, every dining experience we had was enjoyable. The fish was always fresh that day; what a treat!The ambiance of Anna Maria Island in January felt like a tropical island on a cruise ship port... quiet with many shops and boutiques to browse through.Movie theatres, museums, zoos, an aquarium, St. Armands Circle are all close by.This gorgeous condo was so well supplied that I was able to cook several meals lacking nothing. Utensils, new pans, two coffee makers, just move in and enjoy! Thank you for the opportunity !

Short walk through the pool area to the white sands of the beach. 3 Beds - 2 Baths clean and comfortable. Private Parking with gated access. Everything you will need to enjoy your stay is in the unit or the private storage unit off the garage. Walking distance or short drive to shops and restaurants in either direction. We plan to go back next year.

My husband and I are from Massachusetts had a lovely visit to Anna Maria Island In December. We wanted to rent a place on the beach and near to stores and restausrants. We chose to rent this condo after a friend recommended the island to us. We are very happy we did. The photos do not do this place justice. There is a secure gated entrance and ample parking under building. Once inside....a spacious open concept kitchen/living/dining area. Lovely granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. There are three bedrooms with comfortable beds and very clean and up-to-date bathrooms. We were very pleased with how clean the entire place was. Fortunately, even though it was December, we were able to get on the beach for a few of the days and there is a pool right in front of the condo which leads you directly onto the white sand beaches that Anna Maria is known for:) We even walked to a nearby tiki bar on the beach! I just wish we could have brough our grandchildren. We will be renting again next year. Thank you for making our trip so special!

My family (the 6 of us 3 adults and 3 children ) and I adored staying in this condo. The view, the beach access, the rooms, the space everything was everything we look for in the perfect vacation - we couldn't have asked for anything more. The condo, building and pool were very well taken care of. Our visiting neighbors were all so nice and we even made some new friendships. Anyone that is looking for the perfect family getaway I will highly recommend this place. Outside of the place - the beach , the sunsets and well just everything is so magical and beautiful. We cannot wait for future visits
