Welcome to Island Mojo, an adorable Anna Maria Island getaway with a sparkling pool and hot tub just four blocks from the soft white sands of the Gulf! This ground-level home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is ideally located near parks, restaurants, the bay, and a free island trolley stop that will take you all over the serene 7-mile Island. Pack your flip-flops and get ready for a dream vacation!

As you arrive at your new home away from home, you will be dazzled by coastal notes and details throughout. Guests will love the fully equipped kitchen with upgraded granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a roomy island with countertop seating. Serve scrumptious meals in the dining room or poolside, where you can enjoy the island breeze. There are two living areas for guests to unwind in, the front room has a sofa and a tv for movie nights, and the back Florida room has plenty of seating for guests to have fun conversations.

Get your best night’s rest in the primary bedroom - It has a King bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Guests will love the comfort of the second and third bedrooms. The second has a Queen bed, and the third is appointed with two twin beds. Both guest bedrooms have TVs and closets and share the hall bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The twin bedroom is connected to the laundry room, with a washer and dryer for guest use.

There are no pets allowed in this home.

*Please note: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

Lovely cottage style house with perfect pool!

We loved this cottage style house! It fit our family of 5 perfectly. It was a short 5 minute walk to the beach (once we found the beach access spot), and the pool was perfect to come back to after our many adventures and activities! I highly recommend renting a golf cart - a great way to get around the island from tip to tip, especially when you take all of the back roads and can see all there is to see. We loved the Ugly Grouper, easily our favourite restaurant, and this is literally 2 houses down the street! We tried every ice cream place we could, also fun from the golf cart, and got to do some souvenir shopping at a couple of nearby shops. All you can eat pancakes on the beach at Manatee Beach was also a highlight, along with our dockside lunches at the Bridge Tender, highly recommended if you rent a boat, or even if you don’t! Skinny’s has great burgers too if you are near there and the surf shop across from it has some great inventory. The house is definitely a super central location to everything. There is also a wonderful playground with pickleball and basketball courts, and a soccer field right across the street. We would definitely come back to Island Mojo for another vacation!

Overall the home was great and worth the stay. Businesses and things to are walking distance and if not just grab the “Monkey Bus”. The pool was nice and warm. Had a little issue with the pool but with one txt message it was resolved the next day. This is must stay property and managed very well.

The location was great only about a four minute walk to beach access and close to several restaurants. In addition to the beach we enjoyed the pool every day!

Stay for a Cause – Book any new vacation now through 11/22/24 and a portion of the reservation will be donated to the Center of Anna Maria, helping fund recovery and rebuilding across the island!
