This three-bedroom, three-bath getaway has a fabulous private backyard with a sparkling pool, covered patio with an outdoor dining table and a BBQ grill, and there are lounge chairs to bask in the Florida sunshine.

As you walk in, you will fall in love with the designer finishes and modern details. Catch up with friends and family in the living space that features two sofas, two chairs, and a flat-screen television, or bring the party outside onto the deck, where you will find a bar-height table and Adirondack chairs where you and your guests can enjoy great conversation and the island breeze. The kitchen has granite countertops that make meal prep a breeze, cookware essentials, and island seating, and to the left is a gorgeous coastal dining room table surrounded by large windows that light up the room.

Follow the stairs up to the primary bedroom with a warm beachy fell with a King bed, an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, and a walk-in shower and tub with stunning tile work. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and plenty of closet space plus an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the third bedroom has a Queen bed, with access to the hall bath with a shower and tub combination. A sleeper sofa on the third floor is available for extra accommodation.

I have stayed in many homes, but this home really does take the winning prize. This home is well furnished and decorated. The open and large windows make it where the sunlight bathes the Livingroom area. I loved waking up every morning and starting my coffee looking out those large windows. The home is very clean, and the beds are very comfortable to sleep in. The pool area was perfect for our family, and the location for this home was easy to get to so many places. If you are looking to stay in a home that gives you home away from home vibes, this is the one. Thank you for the best stay ever!!

We loves Anna Maria island and these accommodations! Super easy walk to the beach. Didn’t have to rent or buy any beach chairs, umbrella, et. The home is beautiful and super clean. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed. Loved the pool and bbq grill

We have visited Anna Maria Island twice a year since 2015. My family of 6 (with two additional guests for a few days) enjoyed this house so much! The location is about the best you can get. It is one of the best streets with easy access literally steps from the beach. The trolley stop is on the corner plus you can walk or ride bikes to just about anything not to mention you can walk to the Sand Bar (restaurant) from the beach. The house accommodated our family perfectly (two adults and two sets of young adults) with each bedroom having its own full bathroom and the pullout couch for the guests were right beside one of the bathrooms. Seating inside for dining and chilling out was perfect and the same outside. Grill and pool area where comfortable and private. The front deck was shaded and comfortable with a small view of the ocean! Fully equipped kitchen, plenty of beach towels, beach wagon (noodles, floats and toys). The house has been updated nicely, furniture is great, washer and dryer....The only negative I can think of is that they didn't replace the kitchen cabinets when they installed the new granite countertops? They need replaced/repaired as there are several draws/doors that are broken. Shame since everything else is perfect.I would highly recommend this house! We will definitely stay there again!
