Welcome to Little Pink Houses, an inviting vacation home with a private pool and hot tub just a quick stroll from secluded Bean Point Beach! This home has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and one is above the garage, perfect for guests that love extra privacy.

Gather in the bright, airy living space that has a plush sectional and a tv, and to the side are French doors that lead to the fantastic backyard. In the kitchen are stainless steel appliances, light tile, and a spacious island looking out to the living room. Enjoy meals and great conversations with friends and family at the dining room table.

The primary bedroom is a perfect retreat, with a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination to freshen up after soaking in the Florida sun. With two single twin beds and twin loft bed, the second bedroom is perfect for young guests. A spiral staircase in the backyard takes guests up the private suite. Equipped with a kitchenette, and features a mini-refrigerator, microwave, countertop seating, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination, this space is ideal for multiple families traveling together or guests who like their personal space.

-Second Bedroom, first floor: Twin bunk and Twin Bed and a tv.
-Private Suite, second level: King bed and twin cot with tv and ensuite bathroom.

The unique pool area features an ankle-deep path connecting the hot tub to the heated pool, with stepping stones leading to the home's entryway. Lounge in an Adirondack chair in the shade of the palms, or settle in with a cool drink on the pool's submerged seating ledge. Rinse the sand from your feet in the outdoor shower.

Catch a breathtaking sunset on Bean Point Beach and take a twelve-minute walk to Pine Avenue for boutique shopping, unique restaurants, and where you can catch the island trolley. Discover more of Anna Maria Island's seven miles of paradise on the free trolley, or take a sightseeing cruise or sunset sail.

We had a wonderful time staying at the little pink house. I went with my husband, 3 children, brother-in-law, and sister-in-law. The 2nd King bedroom being over the garage and detached from the main home was perfect. They were able to have their own space, and my children didn't wake them when they were up early. The pool was clean and perfect size for my young children. There were plenty of spots to relax and sit in it. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook. The provided clean bath towels and pool towels. We loved the house and island and would definitely book again.

Ahhh, what a lovely week on Anna Maria Island. We couldn't have been happier with the home - just a few minutes to the beach and a sweet little pool and gorgeous hot tub for the ultimate relaxation. Beds were cozy, and everything was clean and well cared for!Thanks again!

Good location super cute water feature. Hot tub water fall into a little walkway of ankledeep water into the main pool. Super clean water, hot tub heats fast, and spacious rooms with comfortable beds!

Great Getaway The house was perfect for the two of is. We loved the quiet residential neighborhood the house is located. The beach access is incredibly convenient, and the pool and hot tub were fantastic! It was a fantastic little weekend.

We had a late flight that got delayed and we didn’t reach the house until 3 am however, check in was easy and we finally got some sleep and were ready to enjoy AMI when we awoke.

It was a nice clean place to stay.

A great place for the family vacation. Space for the kids on one side, the parents have a very comfy bedroom with on-suite bath at the other end of the house. The grandparents have there own private space above the garage with it's own shower/bath with a kitchenette. AMI Accommodations is very helpful and attentive if you have a question or an issue. Clear days have beaches an easy 5 minuet walk in either direction. A cloudy day at the house has games and entertainment aplenty. The spa/pool area is the perfect unwind after a busy day of playing and shopping. A stay you will love. Will stop in again.
