Welcome to Beach Retreat, an amazing vacation home with a private pool that is just a two-minute walk from the white sugary sands of beautiful Holmes Beach! This four-bedroom, three-bathroom rental has three levels that accommodate up to eight guests and accommodate up to eight guests and has an elevator for effortlessly getting between floors. You and your guests will love the beachy décor while you gather in the living room for conversation, tv shows, and movies, or games and puzzles. The spacious fully equipped kitchen features generous counter space and an island for meal and snack preparation. The island seating allows guests to grab a quick snack and chat with the chef. You and your guests can enjoy meals at the dining table or gather at the outdoor dining table on the covered lanai for island casual dining.

Retreat and unwind in the tropical primary bedroom which has comfortable seating, a private balcony for reading and enjoying morning coffee, ample storage space, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Guests can sleep well in the second bedroom, the coastal designs, seating, and furnishing keep them in the island state of mind. The third bedroom has a large closet and a private deck for peaceful solitude in the ocean breeze. The fourth bedroom is perfect for younger guests and has space for relaxing and interacting. The hall bathroom has a shower and tub combination perfect for refreshing after a fun day of Anna Maria Island adventures and amazing beach trips.

You and your guests can splash in the large, private heated pool set in a tropical oasis-like backyard. There are lots of comfortable pool furniture from chaise lounges to a circular sunbed that creates your piece of paradise. After a swim in the pool, rinse off in the outdoor shower, head to the beach, or fire up the grill for a Florida-style cookout in the covered lanai. With a ping pong table, corn hole, plenty of pool and beach toys, fishing rods, bait buckets, beach wagon, and shade canopy for the beach, Beach Retreat has all that you need to relax and have fun. The free island trolley stop is steps away, making exploring the island and checking out the shops and boutiques on Pine Avenue a breeze.

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 8)
-Primary Bedroom, 3rd floor: King bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
-Second Bedroom, 3rd floor: King bed and tv.
-Third Bedroom, 2nd floor: Queen bed and tv.
-Fourth Bedroom, 3rd floor: 2 twin beds and tv.

There are no pets allowed in this home.

*Please note: 5 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This home is managed by AMI Accommodations, an Anna Maria Island property management company.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

Great location, amazing pool, beautiful home!

This was our 4th time to AMI & our 1st time at the Beach Retreat. It exceeded our expectations. The home was huge, with tons of living space to relax, comfortable bedrooms, & a great kitchen with everything you could possibly need to cook meals at home. It is a block to the beautiful beach & close to Pine Street. The pool was huge, heated to a perfect temp for the days when it was a bit cloudy & rainy & was by far the best we’ve had at any property we stayed at. There were TONS of beach toys & a wagon to all it all! There are a lot of stairs, so with little ones or people who have a hard time getting around it is something to consider, but there is also an elevator so stairs can be avoided if necessary. I would recommend this home to anyone!

We stayed here for two weeks over Christmas and New Year’s. The home has the perfect location - easy access to the beach and walkable to Pine Ave. our kids loved the pool and the home was roomy, well stocked and had comfy living spaces. We would definitely return to this home.
