Welcome to Seaside Manor, a beautiful vacation home that is perfectly located just a one-minute walk from the beach! This three-bedroom, two-bathroom Anna Maria Island rental accommodates up to seven guests. Friends and family can gather in both living rooms to make vacation plans, play games, and watch tv. The updated fully equipped coastal kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops to make meal and snack preparations a breeze, and a cooktop island with countertop seating for snacks before heading to the beach. Enjoy home cooked meals or Anna Maria Island takeout in the dining room or at the patio table on the pool deck. There is an additional table in the living room for meals or playing games with your guests.

Catch up on much-needed sleep in the primary bedroom. The primary has ample storage space and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Guests will rest and refresh in the second bedroom, which has plenty of closet space for their vacation attire. The third bedroom is perfect for younger guests and singles. The shared hall bathroom features a shower/tub combination. Additionally, there is a daybed in the living room to ensure every guest has a comfortable stay.

The backyard is your private oasis where you and your guests can relax. Cool off in the swimming pool which has a sun shelf and spa for soothing sore muscles after a long day at the beach and hours of exploring. The outdoor living space includes a covered patio with conversation seating, deck loungers, a dining table, Adirondack chairs on the shelf, and an outdoor shower for beach clean-up. Walk to the shared dock to watch the sunrise or to the beach for a fabulous sunset. The free trolley stop is three houses away, allowing you to explore all Anna Maria Island has to offer. Visit Pine Avenue’s boutique shops and restaurants, enjoy a dolphin and manatee cruise, hire a fishing charter, and delight in a sunset sail. There are no pets allowed in this home.

*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
