Because you booked your reservation fewer than seven days in advance, we require some additional information from you to verify your identity.
Please send to reservations@primevacations.com a photo of the entire front of your driver’s license and the credit card you used to book the reservation. For your security, place your driver’s license on top of the credit card so that only the last four digits and name are visible. The name on the license and credit card must match the reservation and both must be in one photo.
If you do not provide this information, we will unfortunately need to cancel your reservation. If you have questions about this policy you can call us at (941) 779-0733.
