It is located just across the street from the beautiful Bay beach, as well as restaurants and shopping center, complete with an ice cream shop, coffee house, and chic clothing stores.

Upon entering this charming villa, you will immediately appreciate the attention to detail and the delightful beach-themed decor. The villa features two seating areas, one ideal for engaging in conversations and the other with a large flat-screen television and a comfortable sofa. The kitchen is equipped with essential dishware, pots, pans, and appliances such as a toaster, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Whether you prefer to dine at the kitchen island or the kitchen table, you'll enjoy a delicious meal in this inviting space.

A luxurious primary bedroom awaits! It has chic furnishings, a TV, and premium bedding. You'll be pleased to find closet space and an ensuite bathroom with a gorgeous walk-in shower. The den has a comfortable daybed, while the living room sofa easily converts into a sleeper sofa. Plus, there's a second bathroom with a shower and tub combo for your convenience.

1 car maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This property allows dogs with host approval prior to arrival. Please note there will be an additional pet fee associated, see our AMI Locals Rental Policies for full details.
