HURRICANE HELENE CANCELLATIONS

Current policies and updates regarding refunds and vacation future credits:
  • We are offering refunds or credits for guests with arrival dates from 09/25/24 through 10/31/24. Our Reservations team is calling all affected customers to discuss their options. If this applies to you, please be patient while our team is experiencing very high call and email volume.
  • Credits will be valid for check-ins until 12/31/2025, and no refunds will be given if credits are not used fully.
