Welcome to Sand and Sea 113 B! This ground-level condo has two bedrooms and one bathroom and is just two houses from the nearest beach access (you'll be there in seconds!). With the island's famous Pine Ave just two blocks away, you can explore a variety of shops and restaurants and visit the City Pier within minutes. Plus, the Anna Maria Island Trolley is just steps from your doorstep, so you'll never run out of things to do!

As you enter the main living area, you'll find a cozy seating area with a TV and a dining room table. From here, you can step out onto the patio with a bistro table, an outdoor shower, and a washer and dryer to keep your beach towels fresh. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including pots, pans, cooking tools, and utensils.

You'll love the primary and second bedrooms, each boasting a delightful coastal vibe with premium beds, closet space, and televisions. The hall bath has a shower and tub combination. And if you have extra guests, there's a sleeper sofa in the living room that can comfortably accommodate them.

2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

The location can’t be beat. About 10 steps to the trolley stop, about 20 steps to the beach and so many other locations . The ice cream spot, breakfast and french bakery are all within a 3 min walk. The heart of Anna Maria Island — would recommend to family and friends
