Welcome to Sea Turtle, your next beach escape! This ground-level home has a fabulous backyard with a brand-new putting green, a private pool, and plenty of outdoor seating. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this vacation home accommodates pets and is just three blocks from the pristine Gulf of Mexico!

Let all your worries disappear as you walk into the warm living room with comfy seating that you’ll want to unwind on after spectacular days at the beach. The kitchen has a modern farmhouse feel, beautiful cabinetry filled with basic cooking essentials, stainless steel appliances, and a butcher block island with barstools. Dine indoors at the formal dining room table or take advantage of the warm weather as much as possible and dine outside.

Sleep soundly in the primary bedroom with a King bed, a tv, and an ensuite bathroom with a newly updated walk-in shower. Both guest bedrooms are designed with comfort and coastal themes, and the second bedroom has patio access. The hallway bathroom highlights a shower and tub combination, and a washer and dryer are available for guest use. Through the sliding barn door is the den, which has a day bed with a trundle and an armoire.

Start every morning with a friendly game of mini golf on the putting green and cool off in the pool afterward. Spend time in one of the loungers and have the group chef cook fresh-caught seafood or family cookout favorites on the grill.

Take a short walk to unique restaurants and island boutiques along Pine Ave, hop on the free trolley, and enjoy the scenic view as you travel around the entire 7-mile island. This home is near restaurants, parks, and close to the beach. Soak up the fun at Sea Turtle!

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Accommodations Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Accommodations. * Weight limit of 50lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.

*Please note: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This home is managed by AMI Accommodations, an Anna Maria Island property management company.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Turtle. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We had plenty of beach towels and many items for the beach, such as an umbrella, chairs, wagon. The pool area was very nice as well as the house itself. It was possible to walk to several bars/restaurants. And it was near the trolley stops and very close to a couple of beach access points. We would definitely stay there again!"
